I don't think the nature of U.S. politics is such that any president can effectively wield the kind of power you're describing. Yeah, you can still trace obvious lines of accountability to the big decisions, like declaring war on Iraq, etc. But everything else is so blurred and distorted by a collusion of myriad interests that compose the U. S. Govt—Congress, Cabinet secretaries, The Federal Reserve, legions of policy analysts and advisors, the large unseen mass of appointed bureaucrats, connected corporate cronies, lobbyists… ad nauseam forever. It becomes unreasonable to blame the majority of the actions and outputs of the U.S. Govt squarely on the president. It's unfortunately convoluted to a point making it difficult to determine who's really responsible for most of the things that happen. A problem even more alarming under the present regime.
Anyway, neither G. W. Bush or Reagan were saints by any means. But to seriously place them in the same class as other historical madmen is frankly insulting and demeans those who actually suffered under such tyrants. Americans have never experienced what its like to be slaughtered en masse by systematic genocide of the kind ******&Co. carried out. Or been forcibly starved to a point of having to eat their own children just to survive like what happened in the Ukraine on Stalin's whim to "punish" them. Or watched whole cities depopulated in forced mass exodus because Pol Pot decreed it was the Year 0 and that now everyone is going to be proletariat working in the fields—and in case you don't see it the same way, there's a trigger-happy 12 year old with no compunctions about ending you in name of the cause.
You just can't draw equivalence between shit like that and the crappy politics of any U.S. president to date. It pales in comparison. Maybe someday it will get that bad, but it hasn't yet.
Yes he was.Obama was forwarded to US-president as a contrast to him, - humanistic and liberal in essence politician. It was done to support illusion of democracy in USA, and somewhat to correct negative international image of country made by GW Bush.
That's fine, but I still think you're missing sight of the man.I type him ENFJ by image method, in general.
Yeah I agree every quadra has its own variants of 'evil'. But Bush isn't compellingly Beta to me.Every type has his own kind of "evil". Kind of "evil" made by Bush is betanish, so it not contradicts to my version gotten by image method.
What about Theodore Kaczynski aka the Unabomber? Any idea of his type?

The types that seems to be frequently found among serial killers are Beta STs followed by Delta STs (so ST men in general) and type 3 in the enneagram, which given 3's emotional suppression, dynamic sense of identity, and inclination towards deceit at lower health levels is not that surprising.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: SLE (Ti-ESTp) [Harmonizing subtype] (ESTp-INFp?)
I think Ashton once said that all serial killers and mass murderers are Betas.... Anyway, I don't know about his brother, yet Dzhokhar is probably a Beta Irrational (probably SLE). And he fits Keirsey's ESTP description really well. I think the ESTP descriptions from Please Understand Me II are better than Socionics ones.
im going to kill serial killers wearing a bulletproof chainmale body suit(for psychological purposes.) in a desert with nuclear weapons calmly drinking iced tea. mmmm iced tea and nukes..

Gary Ridgway.... I might be wrong, but he seems more like ESI than ILI to me.
How can you type someone that has a personality disorder? Their personalities are whoever they want you to believe they are; they're actors.
Their eyes look hyper-aware. So externally focused- like a predator. Focused more on the pain of when they torture you then themselves. This is also what I've noticed with functional psychopaths- that don't want to risk their own skin to hurt others though deeply have the innate desire. I do believe something like 30-35% of the population is inherently sadistic. No faggy pretty bows. No heartfelt humanity will save you but instead make you a bigger mark. With these people, don't try to talk your way out of anything. Just be sure you have the bigger shovel and never get alone with them. In society they often will be well liked and appeared to be viewed as 'confident' but it's just a mask to desire their taste for blood. Or maybe they will be an outcast, but calm and polite.
When they look right at you they see everything about you, when you look at them you see nothing at all. Complete emptiness. They see a snack. The more empathetic and cuter the tastier and sweeter. Break the Cutie!
Jeffrey Dahmer was INFj btw not INTj.

Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Actually, Maritsa is right; she always is.
I see Dahmer as IEI. The way he describes the psychology behind why he did what he did sounds very much like a perverse reaction of weak and valued against Role - basically, seeking to have complete control so he would not have to deal with others' needs (something he viewed as inherently stressful). That's assuming to some extent that he was being truthful, of course.
Dahmer probably was a sensor, going by his childhood family videos. He was really engaged in his physical surroundings, wanting to touch and feel everything, according to his father. Actually his crimes might have been a reaction to his growing intuition, he said himself around age 15 he started to have compulsive fantasies about kidnapping a hitchhiker, having his way with them. The fantasies would be burgeoning Ni and their content would reflect what Dahmer was familiar with, the concrete world. He also strangled many men and beat one to death without intending it, which points to his physical strength. He didn't seem outwardly violent, but I think this is a sign of what Jung describes as identification with the persona (superego), the id (shadow) becomes correspondingly unconscious and vicious, acted out in private.
A German example. Jürgen Bartsch?
