It was interesting to hear Gulenko go over this information because many of his main points contradicted what you might expect. For instance, even though the Critic falls into the "tactics" category while the Analyst falls into the "strategy" category, the Critic excels at long-term strategy in ways the Analyst does not.
What was missing there was some more explanations of the demonstrative imo, versus .

haha yeah, I just posted about this in Pole's "might be a SLE" thread; I feel like tactics and strategy are kind of misnomers. I know they had to label them something, but they're pretty misleading because the better you understand them the more you realize the less they apply in the sense of their common usage
