Gregory House as a character is modeled on Sherlock Holmes, for whom ESTj is named. This is the modern version of the most archetypal ESTj in the world. He's a curmudgeon and a misanthrope whose main motivations are comfort, boredom and a sense of duty. That's delta, Si, Si and Te respectively. His 'hidden agenda' of perfection is clearly seen in his willingness to press into a case. The term 'Rubik's complex' in the series is something wonderfully associated with concrete Te/ abstract Si. If you had no prior understanding of what an ESTj looks like, this is it. Study it. Thank you.
