I expected better than such rudimentary shit tossing. But I'll play. How many calories do you think a male individual weighing in on 115 kgs and being 188cm tall with around 15% body fat would need to consume in when conducting strength training 6 times (between 1-2h a day) / week and running ~4 times a week in order to gain something from it?

Still got nothing to come with!
But I guess you have a lot of time to waste since you're an unemployed scrub that spends 12 hours a day infront of a computer screen working out your jerk off muscles.

I probably get between 1000 and 1600 calories a day now. I intermittent fast by only eating once a day and that is all I really want. I rarely think about food until my blood sugar drops so low I snap at someone. My ex told me it was due to low blood sugar when I got bitchy. :/ Up to half of my my daily calories are from liquids, depending on the day. BMI calculators are not that accurate but mine says it is 20 right now.

For my height and weight no more than 1600 is probably the best for me to maintain my weight unless I want to workout out 2 hours a day which I don't.

I never wake up hungry. I eat between 5-7 pm.

“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung
