Her movements are always soft and gentle. Se egos aren't like that. And she isn't an Fe lead as you think; watch her in the second video posted. Where Fe leads are constantly engaged with people/the audience; establishing a social atmosphere, this is secondary to her. She pays much more attention to the room and stuff than engaging with the audience, making an engaging video, whatever. Also, anecdotally, her movements and expressions remind me of most female SEIs I've known -- so as @Marep says, she V.Is SEI to me.
Ni I find difficult to describe/associate with particular movements, but I don't think there's any reason to believe that she shows it.

It's not so much about what she does, but how she does it.
You have a strange definition of 'violence.' I skimmed the video; I don't recall her really mistreating anything. And she never throws anything very hard. Her stuff isn't damaged.
Plenty of Si doms and non-Se egos do sex work. There are quite a few SEI prostitutes and porn stars especially.
