Socionics should be about cognition. This type of data processing is not truly unconscious; it's just that some of the habitual stuff runs in the background. Now, manipulation often attacks the animalistic side (eg., self-preservation) but manipulation through suggestion has to to be an output from someone (not merely an IE), and the manipulative input that we receive has to be rationalized and that total process cannot be limited to one IE.
