My EIE father doesn't have luck with therapists either. He intimidated an intern apparently and she couldn't work with him anymore, lol. I mean he's also older, so I think that's part of the issue for him, a lot of the therapists are younger. I think he kind of views it as, he already knows the answers and they aren't telling him anything new really

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! I may be only 20 but I feel exactly the same way. It could be a Ni ego issue - I notice all Ni egos are quite sarcastic to people giving them answers.

Lol yeah that sounds right. I've had the experience of NF plus NF being a bunch of sarcastic remarks to each other when arguing as well

Oh yes! No need to tell me that one. Me and my IEI ex... When we argue it’s like you can’t tell whose edge is sharper and easier to get cut with. And it’s quite poetic anger too.
