So obviously as I'm 17, I haven't really had much opportunity to show this off apart from school group projects which have always been successful when I'm the group leader.
But here's an example:
My mam and sister are on the committee for a local scout group. Now, this committee is made up of mainly older people who are A) Out of touch, B) Don't want to try new things and C) Not organised at all. Like there was basically no good communication going on between anyone so quite a messy situation. One day, there's a committee meeting and I ask if I can tag along - of course because most of the people there are family they said yeah. I managed to sort shit out, get people on board with new ideas for activities, fundraising etc. (typical scout stuff).
Also, I'm quite a good mod/admin of discord servers and online communities when I'm promoted to that position.
Lol idk if they were good examples or not, but that's what I've got from memory.
