I hear everything you are saying and I think it is constructive.

I still think LSE even though he is friendly and making a pleasant atmosphere. All of that seems more related to the level of health and balance of him as an individual than it does about the IE being produced.

Refering to people as friends could just as easily be Fi suggestive.

He also seems to be somewhat hyper focused on the details of his actions, breaking it down into steps and explaining why for each step. There is such strong Te in the videos, even refering to the huge collection of tools he has. Obviously its a lifestyle. There is a big clue.

I see middle management type archtype. imhe he has a kind of hidden uptightness that is a key point of interest that all LSE have. Lots of Dynamism that is found in the administrator with logics of actions in first block. Nuts and bolts. Hands on.

Plus, the intertypes would be weird. A ILE activator? A LII dual? A IEI supervisor?

Further, notice the cog-style: "If I was to hang this, then the handle would be to heavy" And so on. Many instances of the dialectic if, thens in reference to actions and the purposes behind them.

I'm all for off center typings, I just don't think this is one of them for ESE.
