ESE maybe?

ESTj!
well, not really. Jay Leno is Jay Leno, I don't really think every person who might be ESE is going to be the same, anymore than I think all EIE's are going to be like ****** or Oprah.
In terms of Betty, my guess is strictly superficial since I don't know a lot about her; I just watched her special a few days ago, and she comes across as a very happy-go-lucky, warm, non-serious, and nurturing person (she's always been vocally involved in animal conservation), which comes across as typically Alpha FeSi, but not necessarily.
Alternatively, I could see SEI or even IEE (less likely), as she seems to be proficient in Fe and seems too "easy going" from my point of view to be Se valuing
but of course, I could be wrong and would change any of this with further evidence

I could see ESFj too, though sometimes her feeling side seems Fi-driven to me, a very similar untouchable presence with ESTj females I know. She seems like a somewhat harder straighter EJ presence when she's talking to be an Fe or Fi, despite her playfulness. We've seen how happy Director Abbie can be on camera, it's a specific brand of Fi-agendaness ime.
In fact this picture is a perfect VI match to her
There's a certain straight dryness where as ESEs are emotionally inflictive and externally present with it, if I could find a more neutral word. Thinking esp of people like Bill O'Reilly or Suze Orman who have emotionally controlled counter attacks. LSE emotionality is more 'a given' to me, like they feel bubbled up naturally. Galen pointed out a good LSE interview with Jane Curtin that has similar happy/smiley vibes.

I haven't looked at her in a while. Fe-ESFj seems plausible, thinking 2w1 > 1w2.

ESTj or ESFj. I don't know. But some type where the more emotionally close I tried to get with them, the more awkward it would turn out.
I think she deserved her fame and she's a 'sweetheart' or whatever but I know in real life intuitively we wouldn't mesh well.
EIE?
It is impossible for her to be ESTj, and I can see why people think she's ESE based on how she sometimes comes across on the big screen, but look at the interviews.
