Lightbulb A Ball through the Functions

I was going to put this on the my personal blog within the forum, but for some reason it didn't allow me to post lots of images unlike here where I can. Anyway, I had this idea in mind to think of an object that would go through all of the functions to differentiate them while remaining externally constant. A ball came to mind:

I always associated lightbulb as Ne, like it's used in cartoons. I see what you're doing here with stars as multiple faraway possiblities, but I don't think it works at all for Ne/Ni. Light at the end of a tunnel would be more like it.

True, though I don't think it would fit with the "round" theme. Maybe a clock instead for Ni?
Though the crystal ball still might work a bit better to signify the prospective aspect of Ni

Anywho, I thought this was pretty cool Timeless

btw I think this one makes a bit more sense for Fi with the relational aspect than the religious one you got up there

Round enough, especially with the stars one, methinks:

I'd go with the clock as long as it was one like in Theta's avatar, though.

Eg, if only one star existed, one could not invented star wars, where there are a lot of civilizations & stuff, which IMO is Ni information.

One can invent the other stars, but that's again, Ni.
Stars for Ne and lightbulb for Ni simply make people think of interpretations not fitting these elements, like you say here. The difference between the meaning of stars here possibly intended by Timeless and seen by you pretty much sums up the problem.

It makes me think of sensible agreements made by grown men to better the interest of both parties. So Te and Fi.

And by grown men I mean none of the parties are going to start bitching meaninglessly like little girls.

Yeah, now that I think about it, the clock makes more sense. I'll change it when I come back.

This is how I've imagined Ne. It's fairly circular.

Religion = morality? Give me a break.

You could use something like Marie suggested. Or you can go extreme and use:

“Whether we fall by ambition, blood, or lust, like diamonds we are cut with our own dust.”

The problem with using religion as an explanation for elements is that it can easily be slanted depending on ones own IE values. For instance, where you're seeing Fi=religion because it's based on ethical codes I can easily see it as Ti for being based on a dogma. I think this is a major reason why they're multiple interpretations and conflicts in religious sects

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

    Yeah, we're seeing different things...

I was thinking of the picture as a globular cluster with multiple light sources (potential like a single light bulb) across an endless point in space.

Of course, and that goes for practically all of the images. I'm just looking for something (at least) closely universal here.

How about the circle of life for Fi?
