Well, Kiersey has nothing to do with Socionics, so you're asking in the wrong place. Take this to Non-Socionic Type Theories.
But, for a certainty, back then,

It pretty much kills the whole idea of a correlation between keirseys INTJ and the socionics 'Se PoLR' type, in my oppinion.

Keirsey would not be using this exact kind of language if he had the same kind of people in mind as socionics does when he says INTj. The emphasis couldn't be more wrong.
