    On the contrary, I think quadras are essential to understanding anything about Socionics. They explain why they are the groups of maximal comfort. That's not due to chance.

    This is an hypothetical model, somehow based on a Reinin's representation of Model A :

    I did this hypothetic model, which doesn't really resemble Model B :


    01 - 02 + 03 - 04 +
    08 + 07 - 06 + 05 -
    12 + 11 - 10 + 09 -
    13 - 14 + 15 - 16 +


    block 01-02 is the program block
    block 03-04 is the contact block
    block 05-06 is the basic block
    block 07-08 is the inert block
