    Default U.G. Krishnamurti: The Anti-Guru

I realize it's late and I won't be able to respond for a while.

But, I was on Rick's ever-fascinating blog, and it made me think, we need to type this guy. His spiritual teachings are unusual, to say the least.

I will reveal my tentative guess on the third day. Just kidding; but I don't want to bias anybody. Therefore I shall wait a while, as usual.

I have read many of his "writing" - so-called at least b/c if I recall correctly he mainly taught via spoken methods.

    Definitely an Ni type.

I know just a little about the guy and am highly interested to know his type.

My first wild guess would be IEI.

Until now I hadn't looked at any pictures or videos of him. Here's a good video. Funny, his face reminds me of Bill Cosby!

[edit: this is the wrong Krishnamurti!]

I'll take a look at the videos.

My impression, based on his writings, was INTp. Possibly INTj--though based on what you guys have said, not likely.

The guy in the video is Jiddi Krishnamurti, not U.G. Apparently they met but didn't get along well. Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.G._Kr...J.Krishnamurti

Aha, thanks for the correction. Krishnamurti must be a popular last name in India, sort of like "Kim" in Korea .

    Here's the real U.G. Krishnamurti: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...hnamurti&hl=en
