You guys have to see this movie. Judi Dench's character is INTp. Cate Blanchett's character is INFp. What do INTps and INFps here think? Do you see how they both have Ni? How one is focused logically and the other ethically? How they interact?

They have comparative relations.... if you've read the comparative relation descriptions this becomes apparent. They see the inherent similarity within each other, thus you can tell that while they both understand each other they are not able to HELP each other.

Anyways Notes on a Scandal was probably the best movie I've seen all year. I recommend it to everyone here, the way it portrays the main characters is amazing. It's not often that you'll find portraits of an INTp and INFp so accurately portrayed in one movie, let alone their relations - one-on-one with each other, away from everyone else. That feeling of "loneliness" that exists when one finds themselves intimately isolated... that feeling of being "alone" even when you're surrounded by people that love you... the melancholy realizations that most never completely acknowledge are presented wonderfully, the secrets, desires, hopes, and broken dreams, are you not intrigued?
