Meeting dual in a relationship

My personal opinion is that she needs to end her relationship with her boyfriend before you two get involved, or else you're on shaky ground before you even start. I don't know if there's a way you can let her know you're interested, but you won't pursue with the boyfriend obstacle in the way.

In my experience, this relationship would either A. not work out B. take a LOT of work. Normally relationships that start out with one of the people already BEING in a relationship can't work because of the person who has to choose's mind-set. Unless she is very simple, which concidering she is INFp, she probably isn't.
