1) I'd like to read, keep educating myself, keep up to date with what was happening in the world. Take care of my parents and make sure my kids (if I have any) are happy, give them guidance. I'd like to spend peaceful time outside, walking around, observing nature, by myself or with one other person. I'd like some hobby that I could keep myself occupied with, not have to think too much - a way to relax and be productive - like making music, or crafting musical instruments. I'd like to spend time with my friends, talking about their lives, reminiscing, laughing, discussing opinions on current issues. The house I live in wouldn't be too important, as long as it was aesthetically pleasing to me/not too stark. I think living somewhere far away from the city would be nice in a way, but I think I'd want to have more contact with what was happening in the world. Still making some contribution to other people's lives. Maybe catch up on the things that I would have liked to do in my youth, but felt like I shouldn't waste my time doing because there were other things I could have only done when I was young.
2) Assuming I grow out of my shyness, I'd like to travel around the world, learn about other people's lives and cultures (I'd only do this if I had a lot of money because otherwise travel wouldn't be very high on a list of things to do with my money). Perhaps do some humanitarian work (though I'm not sure my physical disposition could tolerate too much physical hardship). If I was very wealthy I'd probably also be somewhat influential - I'd try to use this to encourage people to think about issues that I think are important. I definitely wouldn't want to retire and be a lazy rich person who was no longer involved in the world around them. This question is actually kind of hard because I can't imagine myself becoming a very wealthy person - but if I did I'd like to think I'd do the philanthropy thing, give my money away to help ease the suffering of others. And to educational and health institutions. Perhaps indulge in a few luxuries - like a nice car, or maybe start collecting things - like nice cars, or nice musical instruments. Oh and this is important, assuming my parents were still alive, I'd use my wealth to give them everything that they wanted.
