Cyclops

Compassionate, intelligent, and a natural-born leader, Cyclops is a powerful addition to the X-Men. He grew up as Scott Summers; his immense mutant power – the ability to project powerful beams of light from his eyes, destroying anything in his field of vision – developed during adolescence. Though he needed time to come to terms with and control his power, Cyclops would grow to become a teacher at Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters.
