    Try weight training/any sport, and eating a balanced diet. Food is fuel at the end of the day, and your body only stores fat, not important nutrition. So your body would only cling to fat from the little food you eat, which defeats the purpose. On top of that you also end up starving your body of important nutrition. The human body was made to gather food, work, etc, not waste away behind a screen and starve pal.

    Obesity is a terrible disease. Should we shame them? i'm not sure but we should help rhem eliminate the issue

    Being “vicious” about people’s body tyoes certainly seems strange to me as well, although I wonder if in this case there may have been some mutual misunderstanding(?). Esp through text. For instance, I had a friend who calmly, politely and in perception in a kind manner, would challenge something - and some people would jump on him for being mean (this was through text - which creates another barrier). I think some ppl might genuinely express concern or criticism in a way that comes across as grating perhaps (logical types.. I would think).
