Could be due to psychological effects (investors using astrology as a secondary source to guide their decision making for example)

Usually when you map things together it may reveal indirect relationships. Like eating ice cream and drowning. Astrology is no different. ADHD cases and signs are correlated due to year based classification (later born in the same year will receive more ADHD diagnosis). Same applies to sport achievements. So I'd say that there is a good chance that some personality traits will correlate with signs.
