Default Proactive vs Reactive Elements per Quadra

I'm sure I'm just confusing this for something I've already read somewhere, but I'd thought I would at least write it down while it's in my head...

    Alpha is purely reactive.
Reactive Ti/Fe - this is taking the attitude that everyone and everything has a "natural" logic, one that simply emerges as if by accident, and that this gives rise to a kind of natural feeling vibe or atmosphere. It makes Alpha types easily the most welcoming and accepting of the types.
Reactive Si/Ne - again, the attitude that everything has its own comfort or home or equilibrium. Physically, Alphas tend to be very accepting and warm creatures, with their own personal comforts, even the logical types. Creature comforts are often accepted and welcomed for what they are, as long as they're not too off-putting to the general vibe.

Beta is partly reactive, partly proactive.
Proactive Ti/Fe - instead of observing "natural" logic that emerges on its own, this is a logic that is enforced or put upon. There are laws that must be respected, and they either fit you or they don't. This creates more of an aggressive "sorting" pattern, where people are sifted into their rightful place.
Reactive Ni/Se - Creating defensive postures and displays. Resisting the marauding influence of others. Inner visions take on a more prophetic meaning, as sign-posts into the future, as if guided by an invisible hand.

Gamma is the same, but with different elements.
Reactive Fi/Te - moving away from bad people, or bad outcomes. Judging relationships or individuals harshly. Holding grudges against people, even without meaning to. Navigating those relationships practically, cutting the fat.
Proactive Ni/Se - Visions are more consciously-formed. Time and reality are resources to be used, not to react to. Reality is endured instead of resisted.

    Delta is purely proactive.
Proactive Fi/Te - Finding the good in someone and promoting it. Encouraging a practical approach to life that promotes the better sides of yourself or someone else.
Proactive Si/Ne - Keeping one's home and comfort in order. Less warm and accepting than the Alphas, more internalised - you keep to your side of the street, I'll keep to mine.

Hm, I don't necessarily agree, I mean, don't you think that Fe-valuing is proactive and Fi-valuing is reactive instead? Both are both to an extent.
And I can tell that these dichotomy really doesn't matter to an extent, or like, it's not limited to both sides, there is more aspect to explore.
Also, you haven't explained the purpose of this and the matter how it makes sense that some valued axes of each quadra are different, too.

The Delta description fits well, though my home is pretty chaotic but I strive to always be comfortable even if my surroundings are in disarray.

Can't speak for the rest but it makes sense what you propose.

Each information element is either proactive or reactive, depending on the quadra.

Hm, makes sense then, but reactive and proactive might just be a part of Socionics introversion/extroversion rather than IMEs on itself.

Yeah, I guess it's clashing with existing terminology. Not sure what to replace it with, though.

Natural logic huh? Moving away from bad people huh? Isn't moving away from bad people natural logic? And isn't that the thing that Alpha is bad at? It's common sense that you don't want to hang out with drug dealers, you know, well, my friend was into that stuff, I'll defend him to the end. Legalize ranch.

Also, spill something on an alpha's carpet. See how accepting they become. Spill something on my carpet, see how I don't care. The amount of stuff that is wrong with the statement that alpha is more accepting than gamma is comically repeated every single time I look. Neither are more or less accepting, both have different triggers on what constitutes an ejection of your group. Mess with my friend and I will literally cut you out of my life. But.... become my friend and that is almost literally impossible, and as stated clearly in the definition of LIE, there is little filter on who is a friend until proven otherwise. Probably a very stupid idea, but I can do anything and everything given the proper resources, right? And determining who is good and who is bad is, in my mind, free. No investment needed, other than time, and I have tons to burn.

An optimist - does not get discouraged under any circumstances. Life upheavals and stressful events only toughen him and make more confident. He likes to laugh and entertain people. Enters contact with someone by involving him with a humorous remark. His humor is often sly and contain hints and double meanings. Easily enters into arguments and bets, especially if he is challenged. When arguing his points is often ironic, ridicules the views of his opponent. His irritability and hot temper may be unpleasant to others. However, he himself is not perceptive of this and believes that he is simply exchanging opinions.

idk I've seen Deltas react a lot to my views and artwork etc. The idea is kinda cool but I'm not sure I agree with how true it is or something.

Instead of separating it by quadras- I would say Ixxps/Ixxjs are more 'reactive' and Exxps/Exxjs are more 'proactive' but that is so superficial and mbti-ish of a definition I don't see how it has any merit unless the person means it in a very shallow sense.

This reminds me of my good EII friend who is "hate-watching" Mushoku Tensei specifically so he can harshly review it and talk about how it morally shouldn't exist in it's current form. He already wrote a huge "Part 1" of his review for Reddit which got a ton of feedback. Anyways, he's a novelist, but also spends a pretty massive chunk of his time reviewing music, illustration, anime, and various other sorts of art. He's quite good at it too. I'm just amazed by how many moral opinions he seems to hold about various things. Like they're well thought out to be sure. It's just a lot compared to me who would just be like, "the show makes me uncomfortable so I quit watching it" lol

Oh god man you are so my Identity Buddy.

This thread reminded me of when I was in the Delta group home place and one of the staff there got so morally offended at this drawing me and another dude of where Buffy was fighting a monster and she was losing the fight so she thought that must mean I hate women or something lol and these weird moral perceptions she got - when it was just a stupid comic I did with a friend and besides, it was just the first issue- of course she isn't gonna win against the demon the first time what fun would that be? It's like some Deltas get so butthurt if something isn't Winnie the Pooh or whatever, when a lot of art is meant to be transcendent. I don't like things too edgy or sadistic either, I think that's more 'Gamma' really but the moral screeching is something I didn't understand.

btw the comic wasn't graphic or sexual really- it's not like Buffy was being raped or anything as yeah I don't like Shock Porn disguised as art either- but it was just her losing a fight. She got hit a few times but mostly the villain kept easily dodging her attacks because that's what a good villain does lol. And yet somehow that means I hate women lolololol. This reminds me also of the "Mary Sue" Star Wars character Rei how I thought she'd be such a better and likeable character if she lost that fight against Kylo Ren but she won and it was just kinda dumb and overly PC to me. I just don't like how Deltas will think them being fake nice and PC is anything actually 'progressive.'

Honestly I wanted to like Rey, and I'm bummed cause I think Daisy Ridley could do a good job of playing her if only the writers didn't do such an awful job telling her story.
Though really I felt like Finn should've been their main character. He had the most potential by far, and they squandered it so hard while also giving him the world's dumbest love-interest. Rose was worse than Jar Jar imo. They should've focused more on his story than their Mary Sue and made him gay for Poe. That would've been amazing. We could've had this amazing romance between a rebel flyboy and a freaking stormtrooper deserter. Disney execs are a bunch of cowards though -_-

Also wow, that staff member sounds like such a pain. I know you weren't referring to my friend in any way, but I feel like I should just throw it out there that my EII friend is pretty tolerant of all kinds of things in art, and doesn't come off super annoying about it. He's a metalhead, horror movie buff, and loves a lot of the edgier stuff when it comes to anime/manga. My comment was more just me saying how I would never go to the lengths he does. We get along great. His taste is just very refined and he's very serious about his craft (storytelling), so when he DOES have a problem with something he goes all out lol

oh yeah sorry I didn't mean to make some bashing thing about EIIs or be too harsh on Deltas either. There are definitely Deltas I like, they are usually IEEs though I've noticed. And the Umbridge-y woman in the group home idk her type and I don't know if I care to know it, she was just a self-righteous bitch either way lolol.

How can someone hate the greatest work of Isekai known to mankind? You know that EII is secretly loving it. I can't imagine hate watching anything.
