If you've been watching the news, you may have heard about developments on the Kherson front—that Ukraine is preparing to assault the city. We don't know the exact figure for Ukrainian troops due to an information blackout, but according to embattled on-the-ground Russian sources, the ratio of Ukrainian to Russian troops is at least 4:1, more than the 3:1 needed for a frontal breakthrough (although this is only a general rule of thumb, and an operation can require a higher or lower ratio).
