ILI?
ILI?
I think he's LIE. I looked him up on Google Images* and when things were going well for him, he looked more LIE than he does now, when things (Te) aren't working for him. I think he's starting to fall back on his less strong functions (Ni and even Fi) because his Te failed him.
He could be an LIE-Ni, it's hard to say. What isn't hard to say is that the people who viewed and recorded his video call didn't like him, and that speaks volumes about his skills as a leader. He does display a complete ignorance of how people are going to take his announcement.
This is a minor point, too, but his vest is more ILI than LIE. LIEs tend to wear full jackets. I don't think I've ever seen an LIE in a vest, but I've seen a lot of ILIs in vests. Still, I think he's probably LIE, from this picture alone (third one down): * https://www.newsunzip.com/wiki/vishal-garg/
P.S.
Wait. @Averroes. Now that I've thought about it, I think you're right. In all his pictures, he looks introverted. Sometimes he looks like he's hitting above his weight in the introversion category, but he's still introverted. So he's ILI. My mistake.

I think Adam is getting better at explaining his typings.
Type?...Yeah I'm thinking I know his type...
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.
The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".
My impression is LIE
Euuughh, I wish he’d stop with the pathos appeal and consolation because he isn’t good at it. IMO, he could have made a better and more personable impression by being a cold-blooded hardass about it.
Zoom call is fine but I think he's confused if he thinks people he just fired want to hear about his traumatic journey to fire them.
Wow, I would be totally devastated by this kind of news. I get it, it was and it is hard, but I'm sure that there's always an alternative instead of firing so many employees. I'm sure that there are countless people who've remained unemployed. I'm truly grateful for not being in this situation since I'm working for a company that makes applications like https://brightvisionevents.co.uk/conferences/, dedicated to video conferences. Before the pandemic, we didn't have to work as much as we have to know, but I can't complain. I'm truly happy for every single opportunity that I'm getting

LIE with suggestive Fi and role Fe. ILIs would have a more chaotic and lengthy explanation when going Fi. But I'm not sure.
This is why I avoid investing in life. It makes no sense to ruin life by going into a rickety mold.

Really should've let an SEI do it. You let a gamma NT do it and you get the headline "CEO fires 900 people over zoom call"
I find it odd that this person thought to get their phone and record.
Chronic "grass is always greener" syndrome
