There are different schools of thought when it comes to end time views.

This index will be following the "Dispensational Premillennialism" view

The rapture is designed for believers of Christ (the Church) before the coming tribulaton

    Daniel's 70 Weeks

Daniel chapter 9 provides key information when it comes to endtime prophecy.

    Here is an illustration:

    Some key facts:

--Each "week" consists of 7 years
--The Jewish "prophetic clock" stops at Jesus' entry/Palm Sunday (69 sets of 7 or 483 years)
--The Jewish "prophetic clock" will resume at the signing of a peace treaty between Israel and other nations
--We are currently in the "church age" where the "prophetic clock" is paused

    Cool facts:

This prophecy provided the exact time frame for:

--The arrival of Jesus' first coming (483 years). We know from Nehemiah 2:1 that in 445 BC, King Artaxerxes (@xerx) allowed Nehemiah to go and rebuild Jerusalem (beginning with the walls around the city). Nehemiah 1 tells us this happened in the month of Nisan in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes. Long story short, we can identify this exact date based on historical and archeological records. Fast-forward 483 years and we come to the spring of AD 31, the time of Jesus's triumphal entry on Palm Sunday.

--Messiah's Death Prophesied. "After 62 sevens"

--The AD 70 Destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple prophesied. This occurred in AD 70 at the hand of the Roman military leader Titus, who would later become emperor.

I go with Newton's 2060 end of the world prediction.

But it's not terrible. It's sweet, welcoming, bright, swirling, magnetic, enigmatic, and such. The Millennium of Peace is the sound of Love vibrating and twitching through the starlit canopy of awareness and cheerful intelligence of the highest radiant wisdom beholding the Promise spread as a life giving flora and fauna.

Seems a bit strange to Jesus to come back to a world without any Christians in it, no? How will he resolve their doctrinal differences then? He'll only lead the (disbelieving) Jews?

From the Islamic point of view, most or all of the minor signs of the day of judgment have already occurred. Only the "big ones" remain.

    Default Rapture vs. Second Coming

    Rapture vs. Second Coming

    Great question,

First, the differences between rapture and second coming

When it comes to doctrine, we need to divide God’s Word (doctrine of dispensation), and ask ourselves whether the passage is talking about Israel or the church. They are not the same. Matthew 24 is often quoted referring to the rapture, but it is clearly talking about Israel.

During the tribulation the church will be gone and God’s attention is once again on Israel, as He is bringing them to Him. So yes, @thehotelambush, you are correct. Additionally, that seven years of the tribulation is necessary to fulfill the final seven years of Daniel’s prophecy or the 70 weeks (detailed below).

Next, the purpose of the second coming

The second coming of Jesus Christ is the hope of believers that God is in control of all things, and is faithful to the promises and prophecies in His Word.

--In His first coming, Jesus Christ came to earth as a baby in a manger in Bethlehem, just as prophesied. Jesus fulfilled many of the prophecies of the Messiah during His birth, life, ministry, death, and resurrection. However, there are some prophecies regarding the Messiah that Jesus has not yet fulfilled.

--The second coming of Christ will be the return of Christ to fulfill these remaining prophecies. In His first coming, Jesus was the suffering Servant. In His second coming, Jesus will be the conquering King. In His first coming, Jesus arrived in the most humble of circumstances. In His second coming, Jesus will arrive with the armies of heaven at His side.

In short, the return of Christ brings about what is referred to as the kingdom of God in Scripture—God’s absolute rule over His creation, including humankind.

More details on the purpose of this return:

When Jesus returns, He will be ready for war (Revelation 19:11–16). The nations will be gathered to fight against Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:2) in what we call the battle of Armageddon. But that will be the day Jesus returns: “His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south” (verse 4). It will be a unique day in the history of the world: “On that day there will be neither sunlight nor cold, frosty darkness . . . a day known only to the Lord—with no distinction between day and night. When evening comes, there will be light” (verses 6–7). God’s enemies will be defeated, and the Antichrist and the false prophet will be “thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur” (Revelation 19:20). Jesus will set up His kingdom, and “The Lord will be king over the whole earth” (Zechariah 14:9).

In establishing His kingdom on earth, Jesus will first set up a judgment for those who are still alive after the tribulation and who are on the earth at the time of the second coming. This is referred to as the “judgment of the sheep and the goats” or “judgment of the nations” (Matthew 25:31–46). Those who survive this judgment will remain on earth and enjoy a time of peace and prosperity with Christ for 1,000 years (referred to as the millennium; see Revelation 20:4–6). Those who are found guilty in this judgment are cursed and consigned to “the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matthew 25:41). Satan is bound and forbidden to act during the millennium (Revelation 20:1–3).

During this time there will also be a resurrection of all believers in God (Revelation 20:4–6). These resurrected believers will join believers who are alive at the time of Christ’s coming and those Christ brings with Him from heaven, and all will live with Jesus during His 1,000-year earthly reign.

At the end of the millennium, Satan will be released, and one final battle will occur, which will rapidly be won by Christ (Revelation 20:7–9). Satan is then permanently consigned to the lake of fire. At this point the second resurrection will occur, and another judgment. Unbelievers will be resurrected and judged at what is referred to as the great white throne judgment; based on their works, they will be assigned to the lake of fire (Revelation 20:11–15).

I'm actually curious, how does God deal with things from the Islamic point of view
In terms of end times? We believe that first the Mahdi (rightly guided one) will come and lead the Muslims and put things right in the world, but then when the Antichrist arrives Jesus (pbuh) will descend to fight and kill the Antichrist. Jesus (pbuh) will follow the law of Muhammad (pbuh) and refute the tenets of Christianity. But after Jesus passes away the world will descend into evil once again. Then the Muslims will be removed from the world (similar to the "Rapture") and only the worst people will remain, then it will end.

Default The Time of Jacob's Trouble

The 7-Year Tribulation Period (The Time of Jacob's Trouble)

Shortly after the Rapture, a seven-year period known in the Bible as The time of Jacob's Trouble will take place. It will begin with the signing of a peace agreement between Israel and her enemies and it will end with the physical return of Jesus Christ to set up His kingdom on earth. In between, will be seven years of terror for those on earth. The following events and trends will take place in that seven-year period:

A man will arise who will achieve victory after victory both in politics and in war (Rev 13:7). This man, who should be easily identified by his rapid rise and popularity, is your the anti-christ. Many people believe that this person must be Jewish. That is, in order for Jews to accept him as Messiah, only a Jew will suffice. This is not necessarily the case. The Bible does not specify that he is a Jew, and it does not specify nationality. Only God-fearing Jews will require a Jewish Messiah. The liberal, ungodly Jews who dominate Israel will be as lost when it comes to Biblical truth as the Gentiles of the world and will be deceived by his charisma, and more than likely, the desires of the world’s media. Currently the new nickname for the United States is the Great Satan. This may have some significance.

Violence will increase in all parts of the world, both nation against nation (ethnic wars) and domestically. Men will indiscriminately slay one another as peace will be removed from the earth (Rev 6:3-4)

    • There will be extreme inflation, poverty, and lack of food as one day’s wages will buy enough food for one day for one person (Rev 6:5-6).

    • In a very short period of time, one-quarter of the earth’s population will be killed due to wars, famine, pestilence and wild beasts. These wild beasts could very well be viruses, bacteria and other microbes. In late 1995, Time magazine ran a cover story on the rise of new infections and called microbes “malevolent little beasts” (Rev 6:7-8).

    • Many people will experience a religious conversion and become followers of Jesus Christ and most of these people will be hunted down and killed (Dan 7:21).

    • There will be a great earthquake, the sun will be blackened, the moon will turn red and all mountains and islands (which are underwater mountains) will be moved (Joel 2:30-32).

    • There will be a brief period of calm on the earth following this great earthquake which will give those who survive a false sense of security. One-third of the earth, one-third of all of trees and all the green grass will be burned up due to a comet or meteor that hits the earth (Rev 8:7).

    • A meteor will hit the earth causing the sea to become like blood, killing one-third of all sea creatures and destroying one-third of all shipping (Rev 8:8-9).

    • A “star” named Wormwood will fall from the sky and poison one-third of all fresh water killing many people (Rev 8:10-11).

    • The sun, moon and stars will be darkened by one-third. The day and night will be reduced by one-third. There is some speculation that this means the rotation of the earth will be changed so that a day lasts only 16 hours instead of 24 hours (Rev 8:12).

    • Fearsome locust-like beings will be released from underground who only attack people who are not followers of Jesus Christ. These attacks will be very painful but last only 5 months (Rev 9:1-11).

    • An army of 200 million horse-like (not the four horsemen) creatures will kill one-third of mankind. (Rev 9:13-19).

    • Two men (known as witnesses) of Jewish origin will preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ for 3 1/2 years and be killed at the midpoint of the 7 year tribulation. These two will be responsible for a 3 1/2 year world-wide drought and will be killed by the anti-christ (also known as the beast in the Bible).

    • People will be required to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead in order to buy and sell. Those who receive this mark will develop a loathsome and malignant sore on their bodies within a short period of time (Rev 13:13-18).

    • The oceans will chemically change and become like the blood of a dead man (congealed?) and everything in the sea will die (Rev 16:3).

    • The fresh waters will become like blood (Rev 16:4-7).

    • The sun will scorch the people on earth with fierce heat (Rev 16:8-9).

    • The throne of the anti-christ and his kingdom will become darkened (Rev 16:10-11).

    • The Euphrates river will dry up allowing the kings of the east to march westward (Rev 16:12)

    • The kings of the world will gather their armies together to battle God at Armageddon. There will be an earthquake so great that all of the mountains and islands will disappear. There will be hailstones weighing close to 100 pounds that will crush the armies that have gathered (Rev 16:17-22).

    • Shortly after this great earthquake, Jesus Christ will return with His army to claim the earth as His possession (Zech 14:3-5).

Whats the Purpose of the Tribulation?

    1) Judge a Christ-Rejecting world (Rev 15:1, 16:1, 19:15)

The world has mocked Jesus far too long, so God has to make the world pay.

You may think that this is "mean,"

    No.

Justice HAS to be served. Payment must be made when you mock God.
His wrath has been storing in the bank for way too long, and that's why he's going to crash it all down in the world.

    2) Reveal Satan's TRUE character (Rev 12:7-12, 16)

People are sympathetic with the devil. Stupid Hollywood making Lucifer look nice. Lol. God will show you how he really is

    3) Prove how sinful man's imagination can be (Rev 16:8-9, 10-11,21)

When God unleashes the tribulation he's going to show that man WILL worship Satan and that they STILL won't repent. They'll blaspheme God still. This is God showing people "See, this is why you deserve hell fire."

    4) Humble the Jews (Jer 30:7-9)

The Jews/Israel will bow at the knee once the tribulation is unleashed. They will be persecuted and humbled by God.

    5) Get people saved (Rev 6:9-11)

This is a chance and opportunity for people left behind to get saved - although this will be the most horrible time in history to do so.

Default The False Prophet and The Mark of the Beast

The False Prophet and The Mark of the Beast

    Source

Who is the False Prophet (Revelation 4:8)

He appears like a harmless, religious leader but he literally speaks for the @Devil (aka Satan who enters the Anti-Christ)

This leader is somebody that will help the world orchestrate worshipping the Anti-Christ.

But, it will be a world-wide religious figure that will lend his credibility to the Anti-Christ and cause the world to worship him.

The false prophet will deceive by convincing the world the Anti-Christ was killed and resurrected.

The false prophet will also use some kind of image to represent the Anti-Christ. And if people don't worship this image, they will be put to death.

How will the false prophet do this?

    We don't know,

He may perhaps take advantage of hologram technology to do this on a mass scale.

    And finally,

The False Prophet will force the world to receive the mark of the beast (the beast being the @Devil) to buy or sell

What is the Mark of the Beast?

A tattoo-like impression in your skin in your right hand or forehead.

If you don't take this mark, they will also kill you.

If you take this mark, it's an unforgivable sin and you will go to hell.

Additionally, if you take this mark, you will suffer loathsome sores (Rev 16:1-2)

For the first time in history, we have the technology worldwide to make this possible; a cashless society

This will occur approximately ~the middle (after 3.5 years) of the 7-year Tribulation.

First 3.5 years is called "The Beginning of Sorrows"
Second 3.5 years is called "The Great Tribulation"
For those left behind in the tribulation, here are the options:

--Take the mark of the beast, but get loathsome sores and go to hell later

--Accept Christ, but possibly get killed for it, but go to heaven later

Film Review- Before the Wrath: Why a Rapture must Happen (2020)

Aight, I just finished watching this film.

Here's what's unique about a Galilean Wedding in the middle east:

--The Bridegroom and Bride make a covenant to get married. They then separate for >1 year. Not able to see each other until the wedding date. They are to stay pure during this time

--Nobody knows the day or hour of the wedding date. Nobody except the FATHER of the Bridegroom. This matches with scripture "nobody knows the day or hour except God the father"

--This means that the Galilean Bridegroom and Bride are literally waiting and waiting in anticipation until the FATHER of the Bridegroom "gives the okay"

--Once the FATHER gives the okay, The FATHER and Bridegroom literally leave in the middle of the night to meet the bride + brides woman (That is, the ones who are ready)

--The Bridegroom would walk over to the Bride and have her sit on a type of CHAIR. She would then be LIFTED UP and carried away to the WEDDING. (This represents the CHURCH being caught up in the air during the RAPTURE)

--Everyone who was awake and watching get to enter into the WEDDING. Galilean Weddings lasts 7 days and 7 nights (Consistent with 7-year tribulation).

--However, once the wedding starts, the DOOR is SLAMMED SHUT, and everyone who was SLEEPING get locked out, unable to attend the wedding (WRATH)

    And like the Galilean Wedding,

    JESUS = Bridegroom
    Church = Bride

I thought this illustration was the best part of the film. I also liked some of the theological discussions as well as the cinematography and presentation. (Kevin Sorbo, the Hercules dude, did a great job narrating)

    What I didn't like

Being an extremely technical KJV theology-buff, I noticed that some of the bible passages weren't rightly divided between the Church (1 Thess 5:16-17) and the Tribulation-Saints Jews (Matthew 24/25). This really irritated me as the Rapture of the Church was conflated at times with the 2nd-Coming/Advent.

    Overall,

    I'd give the film about a 7/10.

The Rapture is currently the pending event on the prophetic time-clock

    Amongst evangelical Christians,

While discussing WHEN the rapture will occur has its place,

This film (2020) focuses on WHY the rapture has to happen,

From the perspective of a Galilean wedding.

I'll post a review about it soon (Have not watched yet)

A chart that illustrates dispensation, or dividing the Word to particular times/groups (including End Times)

overview of the end time prophecies, including the 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 bowls

    Israel's Role During End Times

    Source

Conflict in Israel has been a reality whenever Israel has existed as a nation. Whether it was the Egyptians, Amalekites, Midianites, Moabites, Ammonites, Amorites, Philistines, Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, or Romans, the nation of Israel has always been persecuted by its neighbors. Why is this? According to the Bible, it is because God has a special plan for the nation of Israel, and Satan wants to defeat that plan. Satanically influenced hatred of Israel—and especially Israel’s God—is the reason Israel’s neighbors have always wanted to see Israel destroyed. Whether it is Sennacherib, king of Assyria; Haman, official of Persia; ******, leader of Nazi Germany; or Rouhani, President of Iran, attempts to completely destroy Israel will always fail. The persecutors of Israel will come and go, but the persecution will remain until the second coming of Christ. As a result, conflict in Israel is not a reliable indicator of the soon arrival of the end times.

However, the Bible does say there will be terrible conflict in Israel during the end times. That is why the time period is known as the Tribulation, the Great Tribulation, and the “time of Jacob’s trouble” (Jeremiah 30:7). Here is what the Bible says about Israel in the end times:
There will be a mass return of Jews to the land of Israel (Deuteronomy 30:3; Isaiah 43:6; Ezekiel 34:11-13; 36:24; 37:1-14).

The Antichrist will make a 7-year covenant of "peace" with Israel (Isaiah 28:18; Daniel 9:27).

The temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; Revelation 11:1).

The Antichrist will break his covenant with Israel, and worldwide persecution of Israel will result (Daniel 9:27; 12:1, 11; Zechariah 11:16; Matthew 24:15, 21; Revelation 12:13). Israel will be invaded (Ezekiel chapters 38-39).

Israel will finally recognize Jesus as their Messiah (Zechariah 12:10). Israel will be regenerated, restored, and regathered (Jeremiah 33:8; Ezekiel 11:17; Romans 11:26).
There is much turmoil in Israel today. Israel is persecuted, surrounded by enemies—Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, etc. But this hatred and persecution of Israel is only a hint of what will happen in the end times (Matthew 24:15-21). The latest round of persecution began when Israel was reconstituted as a nation in 1948. Many Bible prophecy scholars believed the six-day Arab-Israeli war in 1967 was the "beginning of the end." Could what is taking place in Israel today indicate that the end is near? Yes. Does it necessarily mean the end is near? No. Jesus Himself said it best, "Watch out that no one deceives you. . . . You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come" (Matthew 24:4-6).

Signs of End Times: Aliens & UFOs and Conspiracy theories

Alright so unless you've been living under a rock, there has been a rise in the news of "UFO sightings" and an increase of "conspiracy theories."

We often roll our eyes because we imagine cartoony alien beings like E.T and crazy conspiracy theorists wearing tin-foil hats.

Well I want to reason, as a Bible-believing Christian, that these reportings may not be entirely unreasonable.

    First,

    Aliens & UFO sightings

I think first of all we have to define what an alien & UFO is.

I'd define an Alien as a "Foreign Invader" outside the human realm, that come from outside the earth.

I'd define a UFO as any "Unidentified flying object," doesn't necessarily have to be a dish.

If we look in the Bible, there are numerous examples in scripture where Aliens and UFOs were mentioned.

Ezekiel 1- Mentions Ezekiel's encounter with winged-creatures, who flew in the heavens (Alien) Also mentions wheels, or circular rings (UFO)

Zechariah 5- Also mentions circular objects that fly

Rev. 12, 13- Mentions these creatures coming out of sea and then flying above.

Rev. 9- Mentions male creatures with long hair like a woman, dressed up with a breastplate iron (possibly tech suit), sounding like chariots of horses (UFO hovering sound)

In other words, you can view Aliens/UFOs as a type of Devil/Demon

    Conspiracy Theories

What about conspiracy theories? Are they entirely unreasonable?

    I don't think so.

To define conspiracy theory, I would say that:

--It involves a secret plot to harm someone
    --Relates to government
--Combined with religion, assassination, and a large group of people.

If we look in the bible, there are conspiracies everywhere if we go by the above definition:

Acts 23:15- Pharisees (a Jewish religious group) plotting to kill Paul

2 Kings 15:25- The right hand man of the king conspiring to kill the king

2 Kings 21:23- Servants of the king conspiring and killing the king in his own house

etc etc, there are many many examples in the Bible

The point is, when we hear about these things increasing in the news, it should come to no surprise; they've been mentioned in the past and will increase during End Times

What did the Bible say about indigenous people living in Israel when the Moses tribe arrived?

    I'm asking because I don't know, but I suspect I can guess.

Default The Rapture: The Role of the Holy Spirit as the restrainer of evil

The Rapture: The Role of the Holy Spirit as the restrainer of evil

In response to my previous post, this article I'm posting because I think people in general do not understand the whole point of the rapture.

I'll admit, even as a Christian, it sounds ridiculous. However, when you study WHY God designed a rapture for His Church, it makes sense.

One way you can look at the rapture is that it will result in,

The absence of the Holy Spirit on earth.
    Now why is this significant?

Looking at the lawlessness that is increasing around the world in our day, can you imagine what it would be like when the Church, which through the power of the Holy Spirit within is said to be the light and salt of this world, is removed at the rapture?

    Here's a visual:

If things are bad now, those days will be ABSOLUTE CHAOS. There will be no push-back on the works of the enemy and his evil agenda and the vast majority will fall into line, thoroughly deceived and wondering in awe at the Antichrist.

"The Church Age" began @ Pentecost. After the rapture, the Holy Spirit's restraining will depart and the Church Age will end.

The Holy Spirit’s role (for JEWS) in the tribulation

We need to be clear that the removal of the restrainer in relation to the coming of the Antichrist does not mean that the Holy Spirit is no longer on the earth. The Holy Spirit, being God, is omnipresent and will always be present on earth. However, his present day restraining work through the Church will be removed at the rapture before the tribulation and the Spirit’s specific role in restraining the man of lawlessness (and the spirit of lawlessness) will be removed.

So in the tribulation period the Holy Spirit is still operating in His role to save and empower but He is not restraining the man of lawlessness and the spirit of lawlessness. With the restraining hand upon the Antichrist removed, Satan, through the Antichrist, will finally be able to perform all the signs and wonders he desires to deceive the whole world.

…the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10
But at the same time, the Holy Spirit will still perform His role of saving and empowering. The 144,000 (JEWS or TRIBULATION SAINTS) will be empowered by the Holy Spirit in a radical way as will the 2 witnesses. Through the ministry of the 144,000 countless people will be saved as seen in Revelation 7:9-17. But it will be an unspeakably terrible time and these believers will nearly all lose their lives. This is why, in the book of Revelation, we see the Holy Spirit encouraging the tribulation saints that though they will lose their lives, rest and rewards await!

Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.” Rev 14:13
Here's a visual for God's prophetic timeline. Keep this timeline in mind when processing current world events and America 2022 news.

Default The Rapture isn't just a Narrative; It's in the Bible

You are right about "the rapture" being a big fat false narrative meant to ensure good devout followers of Christ just sit back and do nothing except be good little patsies who don't do anything meaningful against the PTB.

The rapture isn't "a narrative," it's in the Bible:

    --1 Thessalonians 4:17 (From Paul)

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
    --1 Thessalonians 5:2,4,7,9-10 (From Paul)

2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
(Note: "DAY OF THE LORD" here is NOT the rapture. It's the 2ND COMING. "Thief in the night" means tribulation/wrath will come when the world does not expect it.)

    --2 Thessalonians 2:12-14 (From Paul)
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 13 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
    --Luke 21:21-23,34 (From Jesus)

21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
(Note: This verse is referring to the JEWS during the tribulation. They are to flee and go hiding during this time since they won't be raptured until AFTER the wrath.)

    Other references:
    Matthew 24–25; ; 1 Corinthians 15; and Revelation 3, 6–18

The rapture is also mentioned by current scholars and the early church writers:

Irenaeus, Ephraim, Apostolic Brethren, Denysvan Leewen, Darby, Scofield, Ruckman

But truly, Christian churches of every stripe have been DEEPLY infiltratied to create a consistent and CONTROLLED NARRATIVE. Infiltration into every kind of seminary, with now every kind of Christian teacher, pastor and priest teaching what they learned in their seminary - which is what deep chruch/deep state/Deep elite want the minion to believe about end Times. Also tell them not to worry about anything, they will be raptured out before anything bad happens, so pay no attention and do your own thing.
    ,

The rapture = permission to be lazy?

Nowhere in the Bible are we commanded to sit back to be lukewarm and lazy. Not sure where you're getting that from. (The modern day Christian church IS lukewarm, but that has to to do with apostasy during end times, not what the Word actually teaches).

The Word of God tells us to be watchful until he comes, as it says in Rev. 16:15,

    15
“Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!”
Again, the rapture isn't "a narrative" from "the deep church" but an actual prophecy mentioned in the Bible that will happen during end times. We ARE at end times, are we not?

    https://youtu.be/EB7H6L26Agc

God designed the rapture and tribulation for specific purposes in His plan.

The church is not appointed to God's wrath and will be raptured before tribulation happens. And again, the tribulation is so the Jews can be redeemed, fulfilling Daniel's final week prophecy.

Now, while believing in the RAPTURE or not ISN'T essential for our salvation, IT IS correct doctrine that we ought to be educated on, especially during these times.

It brings everything together and helps us process current day events / news and prophecy in America 2022 correctly.

First tell them to be afraid, becaus as bad as things are, things are going to get worse and worse and worse! Also tell them not to worry about anything, they will be raptured out befr anything bad happens, so pay no attention and do your own thing.
It's also very important that rapture is not to be conflated with the (2nd Coming / Armeggedon) - these are two SEPARATE events.

Because of the rapture, Christian's are NOT afraid, but rather COMFORTED

Again, Christians aren't commanded to do nothing because things are getting worse and worse (although many have fallen away). Rather, we are comforted and always need to be ready, saving as many souls as we can; why do you think I'm posting here? Lol

Anyway, back to my original point on Rapture vs 2nd Coming,

Dr. Gene Kim breaks this down, as these two separate events are often conflated.

I'll write an article expanding more on the Rapture (not the 2nd Coming) next...

    Since you’re citing Revelation:

“Behold, I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me, to repay each according to his work.”

Is it only the “coming quickly” part of this verse you believe, or have you noticed yet that Jesus preaches salvation based on works?

Every source you quoted is an epistle of Paul, or a Paulinist in the case of Hebrews. You cannot make the case for faith-based salvation by citing Jesus, and you twist everything he said to make him accord with Paul, rather than the other way around. It's never Pauline doctrine that gets compromised for Jesus for some reason.

Why should anyone take you seriously when you look at a direct statement of Jesus and ignore it? If you ignore Jesus' words, why should anyone else believe them?

Again, you distort Jesus' words to make them accord with Paul's. But fine. I could cite any number of Jesus' words on salvation.

Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: (33) Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? (34) And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him...So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
This is a parable I assume you're familiar with, in which God forgives someone, and then revokes this forgiveness because the recipient failed to forgive others; in other words, because he failed to perform good works.

The Rapture isn't even in the Book of Revelation.

The author expected (or wanted readers to expect) that the events prophesied would happen within their generation.

As it is, the work is complete fiction.

Default Matthew 24: Post Tribulation Rapture is for the JEWS (Tribulation Saints)

Matthew 24: Post Tribulation rapture is for the JEWS (Tribulation Saints)

Continuing on the topic of "The Rapture" since it's everyone's favorite topic.

Did you know there were MULTIPLE raptures throughout the Bible?

Let's see who else got raptured:

    --Enoch
    --Elijah
    --2 Witnesses will (Revelation 11)
    --Jesus
    --Lost People (Revelation 20)
Now I want to bring to attention, Matthew 24.

Some people bring this passage up to say that the rapture (for the Church) will happen AFTER tribulation,

    Matthew 24:29-30,

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

This chapter makes it seem like we'll have to go through tribulation.

    This is incorrect.

Again, you have to ask the question,

"WHICH GROUP IS BEING REFERRED TO?"
The Word must be divided and applied to the specific time period and group.

Not everything applies to the Church.

Not everything applies to the Jews.

Let's look back at Matthew 24:13,

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Let's also look at Matthew 24:3 (Disciples asking Jesus about end times)

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
    In Matthew 24,

Here Jesus is referring to the JEWS / Tribulation Saints.

These Tribulation people have to ENDURE to the end, NOT the church, who is saved by FAITH alone.

    Again,

"Enduring to the End!!!" applies to Jews / Tribulation saints resisting @ End Times. ("DO NOT TAKE MARK OF THE BEAST!!!")

Otherwise, why would us Christians have to "Endure to the End" and resist the Mark of the Beast, if Jesus already died on the cross for us?

We've been saved through faith. Our salvation CANNOT be lost.

    Pre-Tribulation Rapture = The Church
Post-Tribulation Rapture = The Jews / Tribulation Saints

    @Subteigh,

    I'll give you a hint,

    Look into prophetic requirements,

Your biblical "prophecies" are not based on evidence. There is no evidence that those who wrote them were informed by a being who knows what will happen in the future. There is however clear evidence that verses were written as "prophecies" after the events mentioned had already happened, and also that verses were written prophesying things that did not happen and can never happen. Also, many of the "prophecies" claimed to have been fulfilled in the New Testament were written based on misunderstandings of Old Testament verses, and thus do not even qualify as prophecies. @pandemic candy

Paul’s name is a short form of Pauxillus. In Latin, this means “least.” In Matt. 5:19, Jesus says those in the kingdom will call the ones teaching you not to follow the Law the “least.” Who did Jesus mean?

What a tortured interpretation of the text.

By the way, since you claim to believe the whole Bible, what do you make of the epistle of James? It reads like a point-by-point refutation of Paul, so I'm very curious how you square it with Paul.

In essence, James says works is a byproduct of genuine faith. For example, if you really loved your mom, it would show through your actions. Aka when you really believe in something, you will usually be inspired to act upon that belief. James was basically sounding a wake-up call to all Christians: "GET YOUR LIFE IN LINE WITH WHAT YOU BELIEVE, STOP BEING A BUM"
If only Luther had you around to explain everything to him. "Just don't take Jesus, James, or John literally, bro! They don't mean what they say; they're only writing "how-to" books! Only Paul should be taken literally! Thank God we have Paul so we can take anything those other three said to mean the exact opposite of its literal reading!"

"As you can see, a man is justified by his deeds, and not by faith alone." You cannot reconcile this with Paul. James clearly and literally refutes faith-aloneism; it's not possible to be any clearer than this.

I've studied the bible as a whole; I promise I've studied it better than you. There's no "context" missing here. Paul says faith-alone saves; James says "As you can see, a man is justified by his deeds, and not by faith alone." There's no possible "context" that can make James say the exact opposite of what he says here.

I'm going to stop replying since you aren't engaging with anything I've said. No matter how much you cite Paul you can't make James say the opposite of what he says.

Default Get on da Lifeboat, Son

    Get on da Lifeboat, Son

Even though there’s mass chaos around us and things seem to be falling apart; this is only true if we look at things from the world’s paradigm

From a Christian paradigm, all this was to be expected, and things are actually coming together

Even though the Titanic is supposedly sinking, there is a lifeboat, and that lifeboat is Jesus Christ.

If you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ into your life, it’s never too late. It also requires no effort or “being religious” on your part; simply realize you are a sinner and in need of a saviour - this is Jesus Christ. Accept Him into your life as your Lord and Savior, who died on the cross for the sins of the world, that’s it!!

As it says in John 3:16,

For God so Loved the World, that He gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

For those that are already saved, use this time to warn others and also try to get as many other people on the lifeboat as well!!

Be the one to instill the Hope that people need.

Here is Dr Kynan going through this simple process :

Signs of End Times: Globalism and Satan Worship

Okay so like the last article I wrote on Aliens/UFOs/Conspiracy,

I want to talk about Globalism from a Christian perspective, since we see it trending in the world today.

And again, this isn't to blame / point fingers, but to reason that seeing Globalism should be expected during End Times.

First let's define what a Globalist is. According to the dictionary, it's:

A person who advocates the economics of a global world. Usually politics will be involved with this.

You could also say that Globalism involves implementing economic policies to benefit society.

Some current day globalists and examples include:

    --Bill Gates
    --George Soros
    --"Vaccines for a better world"
    --World Economic Forum

Next I want to show you how Satan used globalists in the Bible.

Genesis 11- We see the entire nation has turned away from God, who instead built up the Tower of Babel, worshipping other gods. We see later that God destroys them.

Related to this, today we see things such as:

    --New age
    --Masonic lodges
    --Child molestation
    --Child sacrifice to Devils
    --Satanic worship

    --etc etc

Basically worshipping things not of God.

2 Thessalonians- We see a globalist / one world ruler in Caesar (Roman Empire)

It's important to note the Roman Empire because we often see in the news today:

    --Jews
    --Catholic (has ties with Rome)

Acts 23- We see Jews conspiring to kill Paul. This involved Jewish religious groups (Sanhedrin) who held a lot of Globalist powers. These powers were tied to the Roman government.

Satan, in essence, used these globalist groups to accomplish his purpose.

Today we see similar groups (who hold power) conspiring together to target individuals.

Additionally, we also see a lot of anti-semitism.

    Why?

Because the Jews are God's original chosen people, and Satan is trying to create an anti-semitic world to destroy the Jews.

Esther 3:8- We see genocide effort against the Jews because the people didn't follow rules/laws. This was basically their "de-population" effort. (Sound familiar?)

As I've shared in the Israel article, if you're paying attention to current events, you can see similar trends/parallels taking place.

    In summary,

If we look to the past, Satan has used globalist powers to unify and turn people away from God, as well as make efforts to destroy Israel.

Wake up, Satan is fooling everyone.

Satan is the Father of Division and Lies

China, with the help of the US, helped create this virus that is affecting everyone on a world-wide basis.

And this virus has been used to:

    1) help win a presidential election

    2) make vaccines
The vaccines have been used to make money as well as divide the country at the same time.

Dividing the country isn't anything new here in the US, as we've been divided

    --Economically. the 99% vs 1%

--Ethnically. critical race theory. oppressed vs non-oppressed. white vs black
    and now:

--Mandates. masked vs unmasked. vaccinated vs unvaccinated.
It honestly sometimes feels like a cult-like following of people are arising from the ashes, following the hypnotic light,

    "must wear mask!!..."

    "must get vaccine!!..."

But this isn't just about the division of politics and government either,

It's about the forces of good vs evil,

Cleverly planned and crafted by the father of lies and the author of division and confusion himself.

Everyone knows that "somethings been off" in the world. We can all feel it in the air and we know there's no going back.

    However,

If anything should give u rest, it's assuring you that prophetically all of this *has to occur* before the rise of the anti-christ.

All the reasons why I don't dabble too much in politics.

I don't think being sexually animalistic with anybody is bad either - as long as they want it too of course. It feels dumb having to clarify that all the time, but people are idiots. Fi consent is sorta the balancing act of this. If you sorta viewed sexuality in a Fe-vacuum lens only it becomes 'sinful' because it's like having sex with a gross person you don't want to- which is wrong and yucky and nobody wants to do do that. People misunderstand and think Fe valuers want to do that with people because of how the social nature of Fe is ((more diplomatic, more "nicer" in ways- less pushing them away even if you disagree)) and it's not really the truth. But yeah sex is a healthy outlet and flat-out repression isn't good. Nor will it make you more spiritually evolved.
With all carnal desires, God commanded us to put restraints on our flesh, as over-indulging the flesh takes us away from the spirit.

Since you brought up sex specifically, He says

"Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I am. But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, but it is better to marry than to burn with passion."
    also,

"For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality. Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourself to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control"
    In other words,

The sexual desire is to be dedicated to bond with our wife / husband. We weren't designed to be spilling our seed endlessly into the stratosphere.

Porn (+masturbation) also distorts the original intention and morphs it into a tool of purposeless self-hedonism - only animals do this.

And since we aren't barbaric animals, we ought to exercise self-restraint.

It sounds very counter-cultural because it is.

But it's not virtue signaling - it's commanded from God via the Bible.

We have a serious epidemic; we're a entire nation full of sex-addicted individuals, enslaved to these momentary dopamine-highs. Every passing year we get weaker and more snow-flakey.

This isn't good at all, and if you look throughout history (rise / fall of civilizations), sexual immorality always peaks before God wipes everything out and everyone gets rekt and decimated.

This is not an opinion. These are facts

Psychiatry for the American Soul: King

According to Martin Luther King (MLK), there are typically three responses to injustice:

    1) Violent resistance

    2) Nonviolent resistance

    3) Acquiescence
Resistance of any kind is preferable to acquiescence (which is why Gandhi and King weren't pacifists; they didn't oppose violence in all circumstances)

Violent resistance, however, while it may work in the "short-term," it is hardly sustainable and usually fails to sustain its goals.

Loving your enemies, King instructed, is not actually being in love with another, nor is it about even liking another: it is about having goodwill toward another.

King insisted that this goodwill is redemptive: by treating others this way, we change them.

So then, what exactly is nonviolent resistance?

Nonviolent resistance is just as opposed to the evil that a protester using violent means is.

Nonviolent resistance is nonaggressive and passive in a sense that the nonviolent resister does not use physical aggression against his opponent.

But at the same time the mind and the emotions are active, actively trying to persuade the opponent to change his ways and to convince him that he is mistaken and to lift him to a higher level of existence.

This method is nonaggressive physically, but it is aggressive spiritually.
