who, me?
I'm pretty sure that:
a) it's a joke (the 'you know the rules' - it's a meme, a bit Ni-Se in fact imho)
b) ILIs have very high Ti (as well as SLIs) per model A - they just don't value it. You can see the usage quite often - it's demonstrative per name; used to 'shield' poor Ti of XEEs. LXEs on the other hand should use it more rarely
c) cool Snape indeed either ILI or SLI I think (depends if in the movies or in the book)
As the thread is about quadra specific so the accent should be on valued regions.
ILI have Ti on the level of secondary function and with worse skills, what is doubtful to say as "very high".
> c) cool Snape indeed either ILI or SLI I think (depends if in the movies or in the book)
the actor is ILI
Your usage of named list sections is common trait of J types. Also Te type may correlate.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke that is not specifically connected to Ti or any other function. It's a meme. 'You know the rules' Rules? What rules? Exactly. The point is that there is no rules. More intuition (Ni? Ne?), Sol, please.
Demonstrative function is comparative in strength to dominant function, just not valued and not used as often (at least with conscious force). Please refer to your sources if you can, as I'm quoting Aushra's model A right now. The function that is comparative to secondary function in strength 'but worse in usage' is the ignoring/observing function (position 7), which in ILI is Ne, in SLI - Se (or, in mentioned LXEs - Ti).
I do agree that Alan Rickman is ILI, maybe SLI if not ILI.
Actually, it all reminded me that I was called 'Snape' in my primary and secondary school, due to apparent strong resemblance in looks and behavior. I also do seem to possess those intense eyes... Yeah. So, thanks for this thread OP.
I guess this is a kind of a compliment?Thanks?
(Long anecdote beware - and it's not necessary about lists, but my writing in general, so going a bit off-topic here)
But I've forgotten to add on this (and to explain why does it sound like an accomplishment to me): I was apparently terrible with coherence of my texts. I naturally see no reason whatsoever to strictly control structure of my writing; when I was in my teens, I've visited an MBTI/socionics forum for the first time (not this forum, a different one) and I was called out on 'the lack of Ti structure' in my very first typing thread (it was also noted my writing is 'bouncy', whatever that means). Then, at my university, I got a worse grade in one of my assignments just because of my insistence on 'going with my flow/vision of how should it look like and read like' so 'this structure thing would sort itself out' (and I'm pretty lazy - why do those unnecessary things?); it obviously didn't that particular time (before that it was usually enough). I could have done much better if I had planned it from the start and stuck to earning points. I could also save time with more structured work. And so on.
So, to avoid such situations, my writing gradually became more structured. I've learned some useful tips and tricks to use ad hoc. I still pretty much write whatever comes to my head, but then /I fix/ issues with it and re-structure it. Lists are something that I've always liked to use, though, same with encyclopedia-like explanations, graphs, tables, short anecdotes (metaphors), step-by-step solutions, mind maps and so on.
But, another strong 'why', is whether it's understandable to the reader. If it is and I can explain my points/ideas/arguments quickly, it's only of benefit to all: efficiency (time), comprehension, relationship (if I'm talking to someone). You can see points of Ti from Te sense, to say it that way. This also made it possible for me to somehow explain things to more Ti-inclined types, specifically Fe-egos - I sometimes work as a (statistics) teacher (and I consider this more Te-heavy than Ti-heavy, as it's applied statistics). By feedback, I'm very good at this and I'm a very good teacher (not to boast around) - people seem to finally understand things with me and they pass. And yes, I have that Snape-face still, mostly I think.
Anyway, this kinda became a second nature to me nowadays: I don't have a problem with it and it's automatic, I can do this, it's just not here by itself and I needed a bit reason why I should do that at all. There was a big change in that aspect over time, and I can see that, it went gradually.
(I feel sometimes this takes too much time from me and in that sense is useless)

No, I know a route to post as you did, but I don't want to download and then upload the image, which does work for me to show the image. I've attempted other methods, using the insert buttons, but they don't work with my configuration. I'm not interested in downloading and uploading them all, so I opted for another way that still functions. It just doesn't function the way you'd like. So....don't click on the links.

So you don't know.. all you have to do is press Copy GIF Link, it gives you an address that ends in the file type: https://i.gifer.com/Im5e .gif After that you press insert image, insert the link that ends with .jpg or .gif and post..
Make sure to use from URL and to not have "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" selected.
it should end up looking like this:
EDIT: insert image works with any link that ends in the file with jpg, jpeg, png, gif. It says so in the description when you click it..
Example without making it an image: https://i.imgflip.com/2djnv2.jpg
Example after using insert image from URL without retrieving remote file:
