fasting for half a day could ease you into the habit. have a decent breakfast and fast during the day, keeping yourself occupied and hydrated throughout. then take an evening meal. I have been trying to reduce my coffee consumption by a half cup each day after slew of side effects going cold turkey (pain in calves that made it difficult to stand/walk, headache, dark mood)
Feeling a bit weird, but I have more energy today for sure.
