Default Does anyone know how to healthily cope with borderline?

I highly likely have it. I also scored high on avoidant personality disorder and dependent personality disorder on a psychcentral test. but the avoidant symptoms are probably just autism. can the two coexist btw? i was told they cant. anyway, how have you been able to cope, if anyone here has it? I end up lashing out from time to time, and occasionally do what I imagine to be dissociating, and it's scary (especially the latter one). i fear that should i get a job soon and i dissociate, i will end up in horrible places. i already take multiple medications. EDIT: Quarter life crisis is also hitting me particularly hard. EDIT: I also scored high on schizotypal.

You must be trolling. In another thread recently you included info about yourself having bloody stools in the OP. You should be seeing doctors and professionals for these kinds of things.

Find a psychologist. The layperson can be awfully misguided and lack knowledge on serious psychological issues. They can harm you actually, or even use it against you, especially online. Use psychologytoday.com search feature, you can narrow down by several things: condition, location, insurance, etc. DBT is widely used to treat those at serious risk of harming themselves. Seek that out.

DBT group therapy is usually recommended for the worst cases, but yeah, go see a psychologist.
