Enneagram 1 perfectionism differentiation from Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder?

There was a British show where they paired OCD people with hoarders, and of those participating many weren't 1s. OCD seems to be like an urge geared towards one's own well-being run amok and spun well into one's shadow. It doesn't belong to any one type. The origin for the need to clean everything compulsively or to hoard things come from somewhere else. Type, be it socionics or enneagram or instinct stacking, merely functions as a lens for inflecting those impulses.
