What socionics types correlate with certain tritypes?
I've been wondering about this. I have an easier time finding someone's tritype. And I think it might be interesting to correlate.
What do you think?

Even correlating sociotypes with Enneagram core types can be a stretch and leads to many disagreements. Tritype, vague and diverse as it already is, is even harder to correlate. I don't think there is any meaningful correlation between the two, especially when you factor in the instincts, which for many are a very important aspect of Enneagram.

I guess, but I'm not saying they need to be 1:1 correlations or perfectly matched. There can be multiple matches for different types and such.
I mean Kill4me has enneagram correlations and they are pretty interesting, although surely debatable, but I`m genuinely interested in what people think or have found.
And I get that tritype is a little obscure, but that's also why I made this thread. Tritype theory has been the best I've found for describing diverse personalities. It makes the instincts and wings redundant and I like it a lot lot more than anything else, including big 5, socionics, etc. It's more nuanced.
I think this could be an interesting discussion, not necessarily for the correlations themselves, but for talking about differences and similarities between the two, from both a theoretical and real-world perspective.

You might find this link interesting (and the posts above it), although I am well aware that there are some odd results:

Heaven and Hell
Tritype doesn't ever make the wings or instincts redundant. Even the Fauvres put great emphasis on them.
