I think she’s possibly IEI or ESI. But I don’t know her well enough, and admittedly the above smiling picture looks potentially extroverted at first glance. I think her eyes have more depth to them though than extrovert eyes do.

Her "weird mouth" is a common result of humans having two basically independent brains running the face. The Left brain and the Right brain.
Cover the left side of her face and tell me her smile is weird, when it goes so well with the rest of her expression. Now repeat while covering the right side of her face.
There are two very different people inside her head.
