What sort of picture do you need?
Pictures of him are kind of hard to get, most of the ones I have are of me sneaking up on him, but I can try to find one that is suitable if you let me know what you need.

Best possible scenario would be one picture, straight on, without expression:

...and another, same shot, with a smile:

But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

It's not really the things I say, but just the way I communicate; I think adults tend to see it as confidence more than anything, which they tend to respect (until I get out of line ). The only time it's really ever an issue is when I'm meeting someone for the first time, but I tend to be intentionally more tactful in that case.
I am now wondering that it might be related to Fi PoLR. Even if I can't make any sense of it.
I'm fairly sure of a connection with . One of my most vivid memories of this happening was when I spoke with my Lacrosse coach (ENTj) one time about having missed a practice. He responded well, seemingly appreciating my maturity in dealing with the issue, but when I rejoined practice, two of my teammates, an SLE and an LSI, who had been close by, said to me while in line for a drill, " Man, you got balls talking to coach like that." I didn't have a fucking clue what they were talking about, and the SLE told me that I was being really straightforward and none too respectful when talking to our coach, and he seemed suprised that I had managed to avoid getting into shit for it.
I actually have similar problems atm with members of the fraternity I'm wanting to pledge: sometimes, without even thinking, I'll call shotgun in a car ride with a junior and two seniors, or ask one of the upperclassmen who live in the house to bum me a cigarette one too many times...it's pretty embarassing, sometimes, but luckily they like me anyways

I don't know how much help these will be as they're crappy and very old but it was all I could find of him looking straight forward.

I know his middle finger is in the way, but this is his expressionless look

Really crappy picture, he's trying to not look annoyed

Closest to a real smile as it's going to get on camera

He was between 18 and 20 in all of these. He looks like this now

I have to admit that ISTp does sound a lot like him, but not as much as ESTp.

I wish I could at least get him to take a test, but that will never happen.

EDIT: Even he would never think that he's introverted.

Tell him all of the ways it could help him improve himself. He might be interested

Never work. His mother subjected him to lots of therapists when he was younger, his negative opinion of psychology is already well founded.

You've come too far to be fooled by any test.
