Also, I just realized I was thinking of my hate for success, not society. I don’t hate society, I hate success-driven culture. I think it makes a lot of people feel horrible about themselves when they don’t fit into the mold, amplifies depression, etc. A social standpoint I guess you could say.

I said success-driven culture. I'm in a master's program that wasn't the easiest to get into, but I guess you could call me a failure if you want...

Anyway, I don't judge people by how "successful" they are. What matters is just being good and being happy. I also have no problems with people who want to be quite successful and appreciate what successful (but good) people bring to this world.
