sol thinks all badass girls are IEIs.
Thanks for sharing! I think it’s cool you are doing a more humanitarian pursuit career wise, this field needs all types of people, for different reasons and because different people respond to different types/different approaches differently. Also your story about the fire in the rain was trippy.
As for your type, it’s pretty clear that it’s Se > Si and probably in your ego block. Seems like you’ve got healthy Ti and Te, but based on your accounts of what you’re good at and what you’re praised for Ti > Te. Also your part on values indicated maybe some issues with Fi lol (though you didn’t really have a problem answering it after saying wtf are values). So I could definitely see ESTp, ofc I’m not very well-versed on all of the types. SLE seems quite plausible. Interesting you seem to have a lot of gamma friends and some admiration for gamma types
i thought this before and i still have the same impression reading your questionnaire, but you seem social-instinct valuing > social-last.
you type yourself sx/sp, right? so i guess, i personally would consider sx/so for you.
yeah, otherwise, SLE works for you. i don't doubt it.

Lol. I’m IEE and one Ne Fi mofo, just like in MBTI. Being a 4 gives it a different flavor ;p. For me to be sticking by this type is saying something, trust. I have a questionnaire on mine too now if you want to take a look I’m cool with whatever opinion you have.
The funny thing on the value question is it had intimidated me before. However, I then get told on school for presentations/papers etc. that my “values are very clear” A value is just something that means a lot to you, maybe gives your life meaning and in a sense makes you who you are. It’s what you really care about. I think...

but to sum up what i noticed (which i thought was so obvious that i don't even need to state it):
you speak a lot about social awareness, social responsibility, groups (from small scale to global society scale) and even the way you want to earn money is in a socially responsible way (and also to support the family you want to raise, right?)
see quote --->
also you seem more open, communicative than what i expect from social-lasts and you say yourself, that you are considered to be very popular with a lot of people.I hope to do it within the humanitarian sector (or make money through education or business) and reach greater heights of success there too, eventually being more involved in strategic management with nonprofits that specifically handle developing countries, but we’ll see.
i still consider my assessment somewhat superficial + surface (also because of lack of information) hence ~impression, so it's probably not really of use. maybe you are social-last AF. decide for yourself.
I'm always particularly impressed, inspired and relieved by logical types that, having endured great trauma, run towards conscientiousness, empathy and compassion instead of away from them, which in all honesty is much easier for us to do (considering how we are cognitively predisposed to consciously deprioritize ethics based decision making). Kudos and much respect on that accord.
I legit believe that mistreatment from parents/family/peers/a community/a society, and especially accompanied by opposing quadra values, can really do a number on the psyche. IME, the suppression and repression of one's ego functions are the quickest way to externally induced "depression." The silver lining could be that this forces us to engage with the weaker aspects of the psyche, thereby prompting growth, albeit uneasily and painfully in some cases (particularly as far as Super-Ego functions are concerned). Though I think that this can induce a form of neurosis, beyond that there can be self-actualization if you can push past it.
Looking at your goals and ambitions, it seems as if you're using your ESTp "implementer" energy within an NF organizational context, which theoretically makes complete sense. I know an SLE and LSI who work for the United Nations (development aid) and are veritable demigods in their ability to affect positive change (read: to do 'good') due to the fruitful marriage of their subconscious NF with their conscious ST--a marriage that was first prompted by the acknowledgement of/engagement with their underlying NF needs--they had harsh upbringings in war torn environments. Personally speaking, the most fulfilled I've ever been has come from using my abilities to aid and support [Gamma] SF endeavors > the freedom to [concretely] express one's individuality/personal desires/tastes/talents. Utterly gratifying.
All things considered, it seems to me that you are well on your way to "wholeness" in the concrete and abstract, which should be everyone's final destination. Good for you.

lynn ) then over time considered sx/sp. I don’t really like the enneagram though because the nitty gritty isn’t cleanly structured to me. I have been actively “working on myself” using the enneagram and other typological concepts like that for over 10 years now ( @Alonzo ) so part of it is just not finding it novel anymore.
I talk about being really socially retarded and not knowing how to smile as a kid, things like that. Having more of a So valuing lean, other than generally being extroverted, is not at all “so obvious” to me.
It’s a good exercise to attempt to concretize and actually objectively quantify things you think you’re noticing, to get past the random impressions stage, or at least somewhat balance them.
You should hate society, I do too (may also be somewhat jokingly )
Apparently because these functions involve the conscious, mental block, you're going to come off more like your supervisor or your supervisee--which isn't completely far fetched because every ring of supervision uses the same cognition, in my case, Vortical Synergistic, and so we "think alike" to a certain degree. Under this theory, my ideal dual would be a ESI-SLE. That also seems correct. Lol Still weird, tho. But I digress; thank you, I do enjoy seeing myself as a sort of bootlegged, bargain bin, STRUGGLING NF. Lol And I can't help but encourage greatness in the making.
at least for me. same for the not smiling.
what made you reconsider sx/sp > sx/so for yourself? is it that sx/sp fits so well? is there something about sx/so which doesn't fit at all?
To be fair, the fact that she’s made it so far already to me could indicate sp, though not necessarily.
Also, I just realized I was thinking of my hate for success, not society. I don’t hate society, I hate success-driven culture. I think it makes a lot of people feel horrible about themselves when they don’t fit into the mold, amplifies depression, etc. A social standpoint I guess you could say.
I’m sx/so and I’m a bit slow to get places (slowly, but surely) in part perhaps to being sp blind. Certainly not the case for sb!
I said success-driven culture. I'm in a master's program that wasn't the easiest to get into, but I guess you could call me a failure if you want...
Anyway, I don't judge people by how "successful" they are. What matters is just being good and being happy. I also have no problems with people who want to be quite successful and appreciate what successful (but good) people bring to this world.
Just make a video and show us how introverted u are
