    Update - listing recent additions to my daily supplementation routine:

    Upon waking:
    -Caffine 200mg
    -Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) 5000mg

    With a meal:
    -Cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa) 500mg
    -Boron 3mg

    After gym:
    -Ecydysteron 245mg

    Before bed:
    -Turmeric 144mg
    -M
    elatonin 0,7mg
