It's easier to type people that you know from a distance that renders them one dimensional because they then match predetermined categories more fluidly. I can see why those people would seem like lesser beings or immature, but only if a person were inclined to push things off themselves in the process of placing themselves above, in general.

That said, you're entitled to not have a type, and nobody really does anyway.
