Military/Sociological Warfare styles by Quadra
Alpha - Technology
Most powerful individual units, capable of "deus ex machina" asspulls
Beta - Ooga booga
??, mirai fukuin
Gamma - Strategy
Lowest numbers and technology, best counter adaptation <- interesting to watch in shows
Delta - Macro
Higher tech than beta?, gamma biggest focus on macro and numbers, reliability and singular adaptation
Seems stereotypical, but I think it might be true to some extent

if the quadras existed in a Civilization or Age of Empires style game, I imagine the following:
Alphas - Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty China (arguably the most technologically advanced state of the medieval/early renaissance era)
Betas - Umayyad Caliphate
Gammas - Byzantine Empire between Justinian's reign and 1000 AD
Deltas - Crusades era European States
-
Alpha - Many units with middle-to-low level strength
Beta - Many units with low level strength, a few units with high level strength
Gamma - Low number of Units with high level strength.
Delta - Moderate Units with middle-to-high level strength.
