what first sprung to mind:
Nichijou is quintessentially Alpha
For Beta, something like Neon Genesis Evangelion, perhaps
Girls' Last Tour is also very easy to connect with Gamma
For Delta I'd say Haibane Renmei - although there's quite a bit of thematic Ni there, the atmosphere and aesthetic is calm, light, somewhat inconsequential yet wistful
to mention something other than the Moomin anime or films like Whisper of the Heart
@Averroes
I associate CGDCT generally with Alpha, but some of them are more subdued
Alpha: One Piece
Beta: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
Gamma: Shingetsutan Tsukihime
Delta: Cowboy Bebop

Japanimation is life ! Some of my favorite ever ( and yes I'm old !!)
Hokuto no Ken : Beta !
Ufo Robo Grendizer (Goldorak) : Gamma
Captain Future ( Capitaine Flam) : Gamma
Maison Ikkoku : Alpha (?)
Kimagure Orange Road : Delta
Ranma ½ : Beta/Gamma
Dragon Ball : Gamma
Dragon Ball Z : Beta/Gamma
Saint Seiya : Beta
Urotsukidoji (I bet you didn't see that one coming !) : Beta !!
Video Girl Ai : Delta
Captain Harlock : Beta/gamma
Captain Tsubasa : Gamma
Cobra : Beta
City Hunter : Beta /Gamma (Ryo Saeba is one of my favorite manga character ever ! He's the same type as Cobra also one of my favorite !)
Hajime no Ippo : Gamma/Beta ( Takamura Mamoru is such a great character !!)
Attack on Titans : Gamma/Beta
Death Note : Gamma/Beta
Naruto/Shippuuden : Gamma
One Piece : Gamma/Beta
Those are just a few. I like short seinen and Drama/Romance anime a lot. Anything that give me a lot of emotions because this is what it's all about.
( I'm not a Fan of Hunter x Hunter because of too much unnecessary explanations interrupting the flow of the story/action. That anime could have been great but it ended being just "good" or "meh" because of basically too much Ti !)
Currently watching My Hero Academia. The show is cute, but I could go without the never ending battle scenes which stretch on for multiple episodes at a time.
Yeah, but you know, when deltas decide to get violent, they use -Se like betas. In any case; Cowboy Bebop is too chill to be any sort of Se quadra (my EII-Ne friend used to like it a lot, while I found it pretty boring). And it doesn't seem alpha either. Spike is probably LSE-Si or SLI.
Then, the angel asked her what her name was. She said: "I have none"
I guess I liked Hellsing Ultimate somewhat. I'm still trying to figure out whether I'm Delta or Gamma.
Frieren beyond journey's end : DELTA
Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz is Alpha - they're fighting for peace and the end of war by fighting wars.

Heero - The people who have lost Earth will hate you and the colonies will rely on you. The same mistakes will be repeated as long as you live.
Heero - It's the stronger who create the weaker.
__
Heero - I can't stand the weak, they are always nervous about when they might be next attacked. They can't trust anybody and they never have an opinion of their own.
Zechs - Strong people make them that way.
__
Heero - Nobody is strong. All of humanity is weak. And that includes us as well.
Zechs - I still haven't acknowledged that I'm one of the weak people in the world.
__
Zechs - There's only one more thing required to obtain total peace. A strong heart that can empathize with people, like yours. Your too pure and too kind.
I forgot how amazingly philosophical this show was. This has a lot of parallels with human conflict in general. Zechs is another great well-written villain. Is that Alpha? I don't remember this show too well, but that interaction kind of seems like Fi (Heero) <-> Te (Zechs).

To be fair, it seems that I have been talking about Gamma way too much, but here is the list of Gamma anime:
- Toaru Kagaku no Railgun (actually, Toaru series as a whole is Gamma, it's just the one with Misaka as MC is much more obvious)
- Classroom of The Elite (A bit mixture of that or Beta, but meritocracy based off individual performance seems Gamma as fuck)
- Serial Experiment Lain (Yeah, pretty sure people would say Alpha, especially when they overlooked the overarching technology themes)
- Cyberpunk: Edgerunner (similar case to COTE, but rather Gamma-Delta instead with the Gamma struggles predominating its theme)
- Noragami (Yet another Gamma-Beta borderline, but I would lean Gamma considering the 3G premise offered)
- Mekakucity Actors (And here is another Gamma-Delta borderline (similar to Cyberpunk) but, again, advanced technology + supernatural)

As for Alpha, Neon Genesis Evangelion always strikes me as one - the whole fascination on Kabbalistic theme and such really strikes me as one. Another anime series that strikes me as Alpha would be Date A Live with a sprinkle of Beta (Alpha-Beta).
Not going to do one for Beta (there is a lot of them, with AOT is definitely one despite it has Gamma's struggles too)
For Delta, here is the one I would recommend for all of you:

Very interesting that you bring up the link between NGE and the Kabbalah. The latter has been coming up a lot in my research. I even stumbled across a bunch that talk about special teenagers being used for time travel projects which require having their psyche fractured in order to create alters that can be easy to control so that they don’t mess up the timelines and whatnot. The splitting is done in accordance with the Adam Kadmon/Tree-of-Life template or something and I also heard that the template is getting replaced by the light body (age of Aquarius stuff). Anyway, to bring this back to socionics, aren’t all things mystical Ni?
I don't think that Anime reflects Quadra Values. I think there's only really one type that draws, designs, animates, writes scripts and directs, and that type is IEI. the differences are the result of someone's personality and imagination.
I haven't really seen much Anime in recent years, but here are shows and films which left an impression on me and which I consider my favourites (in no particular order and I haven't seen some of them in years so I'm unsure how I would see them now). I also probably forgot some shows/films:
series:
Akage no Anne (probably my favourite show overall honestly besides NGE)
Baccano
almost everything by Masaaki Yuasa including Mind Game, Tatami Galaxy, Kemonozume, Kaiba (he's a genius in my opinion)
Kaiji
Revolutionary Girl Utena
these three are more philosophical and serene
Mononoke
Mushishi
Haibane Renmei
Serial Experiments Lain
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Kare-Kane (Hideaki Anno's live action films are also excellent, especially Shiki-Jitsu)
almost everything by Ghibli
Usagi-Drop
Haruhi Suzumiya
some films I also liked a lot
Belladonna
Perfect Blue (Satoshi Kon is in general also very talented)
Ghost in the Shell
Cat Soup
Angel's Egg
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Akira
dunno, I don't feel like my IEI typings come from a whim. I think I've seen quite a lot even though I have problems with many aspects in anime. I'm fairly confident in my perception (as most people know by now)
Not always. Please keep in mind that while mystical stuff is overly associated, if not stereotyped, with Ni, it rather depends on the way it is implied. For instance, when referring to mystical as an Ni thing, you would associate it to the premonition, mythological literature/narrative, passage of time, etc. However, for Ne, it is rather related to the potential of which a concept is made. And this is where, especially according to research, Kaballah plays a fiddle into determining the potentiality of religion as a rigid structural concept, which reeks Ti-Ne more than Ni-Xe.

I recently picked up Kara no Kyoukai/Garden of Sinners. Mikiya seems like a normalizing LII, and Shiki maybe ILI. Forbidden cross-quadra romance? If I were to narrow it down to a particular quadra value, I'd say that while the visuals are dark, gloomy, and stereotypically Gamma, there's too much Ne in the worldbuilding and characterization, so I might go with Alpha for this.
@lavos Why is Haruhi Alpha? Haruhi and Kyon seem like Delta irrationals to me, and it's the kind of corny feel-good show Deltas seem to like.
Some others I've liked:
Katanagatari -- Togame maybe ILI, Shichika maybe ESI. Kind of nihilistic, so I'll go with Gamma.
Mushishi -- protagonist is LII, and the values of the show seem Alpha in a lot of ways.
The Monogatari series -- Delta overall. The main couple, Koyomi and Hitagi, are EII and LSE, but I think this one is harder since the creator seems Alpha NT and likes to write fun conversations into characters' mouths, making them a lot more talkative than and saying untypical things for Deltas. But the story, themes, and vibes tip the scales for Delta I think.
From the New World -- Alpha.
