I always questioned the efficacy of Shun's situation and what it implies or entails... I eventually came to the conclusion that he must have had a lot of pent up negativity from the false environment. On an even more next level, he was such a powerful intuitive, he realized the faults of society all but unconsciously and his mind couldn't bear it and rebelled against the dying light. He's far too intelligent. The world was just a pile of shit dressed up nicely, but his intuition picked up on that hidden stench. To his final moments, he didn't even realize what had happened, but his hidden persona was kind - kinder than him. A child that couldn't bear to see what little the future had to offer him and those around him.
Remember when Green Day started a secret project band in the early 2000s and swore to everyone it wasn't Green Day? That's what I'm listening to right now.
Been feeling that indie vibe strong lately
+ the ONLY Tame Impala song I like

The decisive thing is not the reality of the object, but the reality of the subjective factor, i.e. the primordial images, which in their totality represent a psychic mirror-world. It is a mirror, however, with the peculiar capacity of representing the present contents of consciousness not in their known and customary form but in a certain sense sub specie aeternitatis, somewhat as a million-year old consciousness might see them.

This is so well done. I actually like it at least as much as the original.
