Yes, I think the meme was supposed to be playing on the idea or the stereotype of those types having high IQs and it might act as a metaphor or analogy for how one with an average IQ might feel in the presence of those with higher IQs. Muscles being analogous to intelligence, in the case of this meme.
Don't sell yourself short. IQ is an overrated metric.
