I'll try to find that video where he talks about after work hangouts and team building events. He makes some great points and expresses his own perspective without being arrogant or discounting people who hold different views.

I still see no issue with Delta ST. I would think the outermost layer of people's appearance (which is often situational to begin with) has little to do with their Socionics profile. If you know the motivations behind it, maybe then you have some basis for analysis, otherwise of what value is it? Plus, who hasn't acted like a crazy goofball at certain points in their life?
On a different note, somewhere in that clip he talked about ethics and how people need to resolve what they do for a living with their personal morals. His perspective is something that resonates with me deeply, and on the rare occasion I talk about these things I think I do it in quite a similar way. In many of his vids he goes on and on about how things work, cause and effect, etc. but there is also this undercurrent which feels like a blend of morality, fairness, empathy, and a reflection of his personal values and sentiments. These are the things I associate with the Te/Fi divide.
