Yes, 2 Chainz comes off as having lower IQ. His associations and lyrics are grade school. Compare to Montana of 300 when he freestyles and you can see Montana is quick witted. I would bet he would score higher on a culturally neutral IQ test.
I mean he can do the grade school stuff too but there is a big difference between them.
