^no too harsh. Maybe EIE or something.
Not 4 either. 7 rather.
Where do you see anything 4?

Stevie Nicks 497 (4w3) reminds me a bit of @Aylen, have you considered 479 tritype? Witch-like, casting spells and making potions
Love her. I think my favorite song was "Dreams". I think of her more like this which really gives me a bit of a 479 vibe. I agree with 4w3 for her.
Edit: Best Fleetwood Mac song for me is "The Chain".
I have considered 479, seriously, a couple years ago with a forum member who also thought I was "the gentle spirit" until they got to know me. I have an IEI 479 family member so I have someone to compare to. I can say the only time I really display 7ish traits is when I drink too much. In general I withdraw under certain types of stress, become lethargic, depressed or apathetic. Sometimes to near catatonic states living primarily in my mind. I also embrace my negative feelings instead of run away from them. I intensify emotions before letting them go. My 479 family member has "fluffy bunny syndrome" and more of a perfectionist when stressed than I am.

“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung

sx 4 as fuck, and 468 reactivity in there too. Alanis herself is not 468 tritype nor sx first, though. This shows that we all have all the instincts and some get pushed to the front in certain circumstances.

This will always be one of my favorite song. I know its about a love story, i know they showed it in greys anatomy but this song has already been added to my funeral's playlist.
Not sure why this song gives me comfort being that i dont think ive experienced a great love but i do think its about perseverance and triumph so ive been playing it atleast every week for the last 7 years.
Also, i scrolled down to this recording because i was feeling too lazy to read. Stirred up some emotions because it was so true haha

If this wasn't already posted
Well i think the singer is 5w4 but relatable for 4s too.

"Fours - Derailers
Rebellion for rebellion’s sake: Anger at not feeling “special” causes you to act out and rebel against sources of authority and the status quo.
Making it different: Desire to be seen as unique causes you to separate your way of doing things from the way that everyone else does things, whether this adds value or not. This sometimes means you make things more complicated than they need to be.
Insistence on being right: Insistence on being right;
defensiveness about your position; hostile negativity toward other opinions or ways of doing things.
Slow to decide: A lack of confidence leads to the inability or unwillingness to make decisions quickly.
Drama: Excessive displays of emotion; often making problems and slights out to be greater than they really are.
Resentment: Hostility toward and downplaying of accomplishments of others; feeling that you are not appreciated for your special qualities and others are getting all the credit or lucky breaks."

Are 4s more often synflow or contraflow or is there no correlation? I don't see how synflow 4s would even work but I've heard it claimed.
“What can I do to express fully what I really am?”
— Anaïs Nin, from The Diary of Anais Nin, Vol. 6: 1955-1966
(feels very four-y.)
I don't do anything with my life except romanticize and decay with indecision.
— Allen Ginsberg, The Book of Martyrdom and Artifice
this song feels very E4 sx-first, i think.
I am the son and the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular
You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does
I am the son and the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir
Of nothing in particular
You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does
There's a club, if you'd like to go
You could meet somebody who really loves you
So you go, and you stand on your own
And you leave on your own
And you go home, and you cry, and you want to die
When you say it's gonna happen now
Well, when exactly do you mean?
See, I've already waited too long
And all my hope is gone
You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does
SP 4:
Grab hold of yourself, I know what it’s like to get blown away
I know you, you’ve done
Your dirt and you’ve dug your graves
And it feels like you won’t be saved
I say grab hold yourself and face those days
When you feel like it always rains
I’ve seen the sunny side of hell,
That which I never thought I’d find for myself
Never thought I’d find for myself

Karl Pilkington from Idiot Abroad is probably so/sp 4w5 (IEI-Fe).

Self-pres 4.
sx 4
The mind has so many pictures
Why can't I sleep with my eyes open
The mind has so many memories
Can you remember what it looks like when I cry
I'm Trying, trying to tell you
All that I can in a sweet and velvet tongue
But no words ever could sell you
Sell you on me after all that I have done
I'm only the one you love
Am I only the one you love?
The Lady Gloom and her hornets circling round
Is now before us, the screaming's done without moving
One little move and for sure you will be stung
I'm singing "Oh, Jerusalem oh, Jerusalem
See what he's picked up in the park"
Let's f**k this awful art party
Want you to make love to me and only to me in the dark
I'm only the one you love
Am I only the one you love?
We've traded in our snap shots
We're going through the motions
Into the view, I'm leaving you
Down Conduit Avenue into the early morning
Into the early morning
The one I love
Are you only the one I love?

Probably contra-flow as well:
Layne Staley 4w5 sx/sp
Marilyn Manson - so/sp 4w5 (that's something pretty much everyone agrees on in the enneagram community)
Adele - sx/so 7w6
"Amazing how the heart clutches at anything familiar, whimpering Mine!Mine!"
"The way love feels is always only approximate. I would like to be without shame. I would like to be shameless. I would like to be ignorant. Then I would not know how ignorant I was."
“The objects I chose were designed to hold something, but I didn't fill them up. They remained empty. They were little symbolic shrines to thirst.”
“At last the cold crept up my spine; at last it filled me from foot to head; at last I grew so chill and desolate that all thought and pain and awareness came to a standstill. I wasn't miserable anymore: I wasn't anything at all. I was a nothing-- a random configuration of molecules. If my heart still beat I didn't know it. I was aware of one thing only; next to the gaping fact called Death, all I knew was nothing, all I did meant nothing, all I felt conveyed nothing. This was no passing thought. It was a gnawing, palpable emptiness more real than the cold.”
Edit: I just realized I put these here instead of the other thread. I must have had two windows open at the time.

Being an unhealthy e4 or having a 4-wing is like living in a trashcan watching other people do awesome stuff
another Trash Can video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDmw8bZWFhk
So would this be 4w5 or 5w4?

Listened to this in my short-lived, "almost"-Emo phase...
This song depicts SX 4 pretty well, I think.
The singer, Bill Kaulitz, is surely Type 4 anyway.
4w5
