In my estimation, here are the seven deadly sins, according to Beta Quadra values:
Theft (of the Beta individual and/or group's mates, territory or resources)
Envy (of the Beta individual and/or group's mates, territory or resources)
Hypocrisy (treating the Beta more harshly then how they would have treated you in your place)
Greed (excessive desire for wealth, material comforts and possessions)
Vanity (excessive pride in one’s status and achievements, shallowness, entitlement, the belief that you have an inherent right to something from a Beta individual and/or group)
Treachery (violation of a Beta's faith, betrayal of Beta intimates, attempts to undermine the tribe/nation)
Malice (desire to abuse, shame and humiliate a Beta, to see them suffer)
Betas believe that the world is constantly at war, and see themselves and people from "rival groups" as directly competing for mates, territory and resources. Therefore you must eat, or else you will be eaten. Betas strive to be the mightiest, the most industrious, the most creative, the most sexually alluring etc among their peers, in the hope that by transforming themselves, they will crush their rivals, rise to the top and create an enduring legacy. However, all springs have an autumn and their position as the ruling Quadra is never entirely assured.
In a Beta society, the worst thing you can do is appear weak, impotent and indecisive. If this ever happens, the resentful, whiny and vindictive Deltas (of whom there are many, and you will have to walk over a lot of them to achieve your great success) will then take advantage, band together and start a self righteous crusade to oust you. No mercy should ever be shown to them, for if they succeed, they will cast you out into the darkness. This is much what has happened in New Zealand over the last fifty years, and it is currently happening in the U.S. with the Trump administration (Beta) vs SJWs/immigrants who feel disenfranchised (Delta). If the Deltas succeed in their quest, anyone or anything that could be perceived as uncouth, nasty, bawdy, insensitive or intolerant will be shamed into silence by the new moral priesthood.
