Maybe. If bad times are due to differences in quadra values, then no. Those suck.
You seek a great fortune, you three who are now in chains. You will find a fortune, though it will not be the one you seek.
But first you must travel a long and difficult road, a road fraught with peril.
You shall see things, wonderful to tell. You shall see a... cow... on the roof of a cotton house. And, oh, so many startlements.
I cannot tell you how long this road shall be, but fear not the ob-stacles in your path, for fate has vouchsafed your reward.
Though the road may wind, yea, your hearts grow weary, still shall ye follow them, even unto your salvation

There is something exhilarating about overcoming difficulties with my SLE friend. I would rather accomplish a huge feat with her than go shopping for jewelry with her (although that is fun, too.) I would assume the same could be true with an LSI.

This was posted by an EIE in one of the VK socionics groups:

"In conflict dyads there is an almost identical view of the opposing dyad, which goes something like this:

Hugo and Robespierre vs. Napoleon and Balzac

Us: one very smart dude, and the other's all hip and the soul of any company.
    Them: two grimacing idiots.

Zhukov and Esenin vs. Stirlitz and Dostoevsky

Us: the almighty god of Olympus and his favorite kind gentle pusechka.
Them: a cruel tyrant and his useless fawning lackey.

Don Quixote and Dumas vs. Jack and Dreiser

Us: an unrivaled genius and a "grey cardinal".
Them: a vulgar clod with a stick up one place and a desperate housewife.

Hamlet and Maxim vs. Huxley and Gabin

Us: an artful manipulator and a chill hero of "Equilibrium".
Them: a quarrelsome histrionic and an object of furniture.

"pusechka" should been translated as "pussy"

You didn't get it - flipping his descriptions along quasi-identical lines mirrors the views of conflict dyads (EIIs sometimes view SLEs as too pushy and controlling, same as IEI tend to view LSEs).
"Pusechka" is a diminutive for anything resembling an adorable animal, from a tiger cub to a puppy, thus it's better left untranslated and open to the interpretation.

OMG I LOVE THIS. It's actually so true! LSIs are so silly, I even mistook one for IEE. They really do have a kooky side but at the same time are very internally structured with their life schedules, planning events, etc. I guess you have to be a little bonkers to have an EIE as a dual

Subtypes could explain this, Ti-ISTj=monk while Se-ISTj=rebel.

I'm sad that I didn't get to the Cozy Beta Rooms thread before it got closed down.

I didn't really like the Trump aesthetic with the gaudy gold plastered everywhere :/ instead liked the minimalist style of some of @Singularity 's pics, and also the water/tub pics from @Starfall .

I like a lot of monochrome with minimal flashy clashing colours as well, and also like dark blue, purple, indigo glow. Clear and pristine sky blue and lots of transparent glass I very much like too.

Okay so I just went through reading more about ASMR and watched a couple more videos (just as weird) ... I feel like this is the least EIE thing out that exists. I feel very uncomfortable with all the videos, the philosophy behind "relaxing" with sounds that make you tingle... is this not ? I can see Alphas and Deltas enjoying this way more.
