The black woman is Parris Goebel!!! Their choreographer. She also made Justin Bieber's Sorry dance video. If you look closely, she's not on a leash, but chained to his neck. There was an outrage about this yeah until people realized that. Although I think it's problematic anyway and hard to excuse for artistic purpose, yes. Much like the native American head dress. G-Dragon is prone to unintended controversy, social blind spot. Although he makes a good job as their leader.

What I like about it is that they have no fear of applying feminine aesthetics:

Or simply the fact that he is the main Dom but that on some level she is Dominant in other ways. Maybe they are Switches. Maybe she is a "Bratty sub". But I am probably just overthinking this now.

Yeah, it's made cleverly. The music is very strange and catchy, the alternative style is refreshing. Agreed! I dig the symbolism in particular. And TOP himself who's very handsome.

Yes, it goes both ways there. It is worth a thought, like the power bottom concept. Parris is very energetic. And both seem to be subject of our gaze the way they are made up, so it's really ambiguous who's the eye candy (i.e. the submissive, usually). GD makes it unclear whether he's in charge, did you see that brief moment where he chokes himself with the chain at the end of his part? He knows what he's doing, I do suspect switch analogies. He stated in another song ("Zutter/Dope" featuring TOP):
