Regular coffee shops seem to be pretty Sp/So for the most part.
The more "indie" ones that feature Vegan menus or similar and Hipster baristas are rather So/Sp.
The more "sexy" ones that have an underground flair are rather Sp/Sx.

This could also apply to Sp/Sx, but I thought this is rather how Sp/So is showing love.
Sp/Sx would rather be more intimate/touchy-feely or even slightly sexual about it, if that makes sense.
The guys in this video are not SX blindspot, so they are being more "intense" than it would be typical of Sp/So,
but the scenery and activity are rather Sp/So (with strong SO, "moving to So/Sx").
