I am having trouble reconciling your first idea of "work horses: then "producers" with "integrator."I'm trying to construct the idea that these types will quietly get the job done. They aren't necessarily behind the scenes, per se, but they will work towards a goal efficiently and effectively and seemingly with autonomy.
Plus I still don't understand what this whole concept is supposed to mean.
