I get up at 6.30AM so if I want a sufficient amount of sleep I need to go to bed latest at 10PM 9PM is even better.
But more often than not I eat my sleep time which forces me to do long long siestas on week end.
Last week I went to bed at 2AM (went out), needed to be waken up at 12PM otherwise I would have continued my night... Am I narcoleptic?
I am very adaptable. I travelled a lot and lived in different countries.
