I think Clarice is very much so/sp. The "Social climber" and with the Sx blindspot.
No wonder her and Lecter harmonize so well, both being of the same (contra-)flow.

Clarice Starling is "so ambitious" and was working very hard for becoming an agent of the FBI, in order to escape the "poor white trash" social role.
She has the "lone wolf" vibe, because she is an ILI.
If "contra-flow attraction" were indeed real, it would be normal for the so/sp to have the upper hand... which doesn't happen in the movie. She is scared of him, but also vaguely intrigued, ofc...which I still don't call "resonance" . All in all Clarice as a character is deeply human (even seeing some "human chord" in him), she doesn't qualify as contra-flow. I go with sp/so for her -- this stack is also interested in social power to a certain extent ("businessman" vs "politician").
Fair enough.
Personally, I'll stick with so/sp for now. She may not have the upper hand (visibly), though one has to consider she is considerably younger, less experienced in the criminal/psychology field, and female – all factors that make her "weaker" in comparison to Hannibal, regardless of instinctual stacking. Even so, she holds up incredibly well, making him and her be like equals in certain ways.
P.S: We should go back to the sp/sx stacking here.
P.P.S: I just checked the flow theory once again, and Sp/Sx is actually in the "upstream" of the contra-flow.
This makes more sense out of the Clarice – Hannibal interaction.Contra-flow: sp → sx → so → sp
Stackings involved: sp/sx → sx/so → so/sp → sp/sx
The person of downstream stacking (here: so/sp, Clarice) usually feels a measure of attraction for a person of their upstream stacking (here: sp/sx, Hannibal); feeling drawn towards them, they may attempt to become acquainted. If they become close, the downstream stacking person may attempt to provide for the upstream stacking person by help and activities channeled through their secondary instinct.
(…)
However, if these people are on unfriendly terms, the upstream stacking person may be openly critical and derisive of the weaknesses of downstream person in their blindspot areas, and look down on the downstream person for what they see as misguided and deficient orientation.
According to that chart ...maybe. But I find the so/sp stack inherently stronger than sp/sx (ability to gain supporters, good command of group needs ...it has a leading/directive quality the sp/sx is lacking, since they're more wrapped in their domestic environment, close family needs, or their inner world).
But that movie is a really unfit illustration of what a usual relationship would look like ..because most sp/sxs are not criminals .
Oh Sauna is Sp/sx; also massage and other wellness activities.

^ that feels sp/so somehow, all too polished and neat
sp/sx in the E4-E5 centers. Serj Tankian is probably IEE sp/sx, but this song/video vibes Beta imo (or some sort of twisted Gamma at worst)... I see a lot of Ni in the imagery and in the lyrics.
"Beethoven's Cunt"
Brushing, touching, feeling on your shoulders,
Believing, appealing, kneeling in your worlds,
Oceans are combined,
Being that I love you so much
In the end they all will say
Breaking someone else's heart again,
Find the little evil perpetrator
And feed him to the hungry alligator
You want it all,
You want it all,
Love is not about the profits
Nor the riches in your dreams,
The arms of time are breaking off,
Civilization is on trial,
The clocks eliminating time
Do you believe in me
Ive been walking through these dead farms
But I don't mind,
Ive been screaming through these dead
lungs,
But I cant find,
Being that I love you so much
In the end they all will say
Breaking someone else's heart again,
Find the little evil perpetrator
And feed her to the hungry alligator
You want it all,
You want it all,
Love is not about the profits
Nor the riches in your dreams,
The arms of time are breaking off,
Civilization is on trial,
The clocks eliminating time
Do you believe, in me
But lately Ive been blind
You leave me all alone, left in time,
You left me here to die, left in time,
Leave me all alone, left in time,
The arms of time are breaking off,
Civilization is on trial,
The clocks eliminating time
Do you believe in nothing.
But lately Ive been blind
Leave me all alone, left in time.

These might be too bright for this thread.

David Gilmour, who I am also claiming jealously for Delta Quadra as the most arrestingly passionate celebrity I've ever been captivated by.

Death Fugue
Paul Celan, 1930 - 1970
Black milk of morning we drink you at dusktime
we drink you at noontime and dawntime we drink you at night
we drink and drink
we scoop out a grave in the sky where it’s roomy to lie
There’s a man in this house who cultivates snakes and who writes
who writes when it’s nightfall nach Deutschland your golden hair
Margareta
he writes it and walks from the house and the stars all start flashing he whistles his
dogs to draw near
whistles his Jews to appear starts us scooping a grave out of sand
he commands us to play for the dance
Black milk of morning we drink you at night
we drink you at dawntime and noontime we drink you
at dusktime
we drink and drink
There’s a man in this house who cultivates snakes and who writes
who writes when it’s nightfall nach Deutschland your golden hair
Margareta
your ashen hair Shulamite we scoop out a grave in the sky where
it’s roomy to lie
He calls jab it deep in the soil you lot there you other men sing and play
he tugs at the sword in his belt he swings it his eyes are blue
jab your spades deeper you men you other men you others play up
again for the dance
Black milk of morning we drink you at night
we drink you at noontime and dawntime we drink you at
dusktime
we drink and drink
there’s a man in this house your golden hair Margareta
your ashen hair Shulamite he cultivates snakes
He calls play that death thing more sweetly Death is a gang-boss
aus Deutschland
he calls scrape that fiddle more darkly then hover like smoke in
the air
then scoop out a grave in the clouds where it’s roomy to lie
Black milk of morning we drink you at night
we drink you at noontime Death is a gang-boss aus Deutschland
we drink you at dusktime and dawntime we drink and drink
Death is a gang-boss aus Deutschland his eye is blue
he shoots you with leaden bullets his aim is true
there’s a man in this house your golden hair Margareta
he sets his dogs on our trail he gives us a grave in the sky
he cultivates snakes and he dreams Death is a gang-boss aus
Deutschland
your golden hair Margareta
your ashen hair Shulamite
Evening, evening on the ground
And there is no one else around
So you will blame me
Blame me for the rocks
And baby bones and broken lock
On the garden
Garden wall of eden
For the spider bites
And all your love as we were
We were born to fuck each other
One way or another
But I'll only lie
Down by the waterside at night
Hey man, tiny baby tears
I will collect a million years
And you can blame me
Blame me, I will wear it
In the empty, hollow part of my garden
Garden wall of eden
And the clamour as they raise the curtain
You will, you will never make me learn
To lay beneath the mountain
Cause I'll only lie
Down by the waterside at night

I think I stay away from this thread, for the most part, because I find a lot of the stuff posted sort of disturbing. I think Willie may be sp/sx or possibly sx/sp but this song feels more sp/sx. I find him very appealing for some reason, always have.
Cyrus Jones 1810 to 1913
Made his great grandchildren believe
he could live to a 103
A hundred and three is forever when youre just a little kid
So, Cyrus Jones lived forever
Gravedigger
When you dig my grave
Could you make it shallow
So that I can feel the rain
Gravedigger
Muriel Stonewall 1903 to 1954
She lost both of her babies in the second great war
Now, you should never have to watch your only children lowered in the ground
that means you should never have to bury your own babies
Gravedigger
When you dig my grave
Could you make it shallow
So that I can feel the rain
Gravedigger
Ring around the rosey
Pocket full o'posey
Ashes to ashes
{Musical intro}
We all fall down
Gravedigger
When you dig my grave
Could you make it shallow
So that I can feel the rain
Little Mikey Carson '67 to '75
He rode his bike like the devil until the day he died
When he grows up he wants to be Mr. Vertigo on the flying trapeze
Oh, 1940 to 1992--
Gravedigger
When you dig my grave
could you make it shallow
So that I can feel the rain

I think read somewhere (dunno where rn) that the Persephone Myth is sp/sx.

This song.
Motivation: to live in a secure, comfortable environment where they can pursue their private interests in depth.
These people often have an earthy, mysterious quality to them. They are quietly intense, but to others may seem oblivious to the greater social world around them, instead favoring personal interests. They are slow to commit, but once they do it is with an attitude of life commitment, to the establishment of an impermeable bond. Others can be taken aback by how suddenly and completely this type can lock into them, and by the depth of understanding of the other's condition. They attach to others at an organic, root level, in contrast to the other subvariant's surface formality. Somewhat hesitant to enter new relationships, they instead preserve the select few enduring bonds they carefully form along the way. The sanctuary of home is of paramount concern, and this type takes particular delight in decorating their spaces to reflect their cherished sense of taste and depth. Depth and discrimination characterize this stacking.
Expression: wistful self-absorbed expression, sighing, magic is in their head
Energy: calm, steady energy expressed intensely, withdrawing
Behavior: withdrawn, calm, wistful and self absorbed
Mindset: "I can have merging/intensity without having to leave my orderly & pleasing lifestyle." (imagination, safe people and relationships, when the safety of these are challenged they withdraw)
