Anchorage has the winter common for central Russia
I notice worse developed or worse cleaned walking ways. Doubtfully presented bus transport. People are strangely supposed to use cars to move inside of not big town.
New Year soon
Spruce tree is the symbol of everlasting life. What has a relation to new life cycle with a year.
In later centuries it was linked with Christianity.
In USSR religion was not popular, but spruce trees were used for New Year celebrations. While Jesus borning date was shifted in 1918 from 24 December to 7 January.
On top of spruce trees was often placed 5-ray red star, what was perceived as one of state symbols (being same as Kremlin's stars), but not by initial meaning of religious star which leaded to a place where Jesus borned.
Red stars in RF were widely common for public new year trees until ~2010s. Because of state ideology (which is against socialism sympathy of mb ~50%) they are gradually replaced to stars of other colors and with other number of rays.

Young men (14-25 yo) without a normal pair (own family) have redundant testosteron level which pushes to anomaly risky activity and often useless adrenalin inspiring entertainments. This predisposition can be used for useful activities, which need high efforts and have low predictable results. The same young men specifics is used to waste their lifes on wars.

My father sent me this today and he's IEI I think; he's pretty difficult to figure. Anyway, I'd never seen the film and he explained that the chick has a really jealous boyfriend. Pretty hilarious.
